Hovhannisyan Resume The redefinition of relationship between the countries is a central issue among the challenges that appear in the context of globalization. As a result of the new shifts, the issue of rebuilding a new system of relationship has been revealed. Thus, it is very important to settle the issue of Armenian-Turkish relations as a new topic for scientific research. Notwithstanding the fact of the border being opened or not (or Turkey recognizing the Genocide) now it is a fact that the previous form of relationship has to be changed.
