3.1发动机试车,需经塔台许可,在A滑行道处的

空器必须严格听从地面人员的指挥,滑进指定位
置;
3.2 Stands on apron are not named, so aircraft entering apronshall follow the instructions of marshaller strictly to taxi intothe assigned position;

动机;
3.3 Departing aircraft shall be pushed back by tow tractorbefore start-up;

1. 总则 1. General
除经塔台特殊许可外,在塔台管制区和机场管制
地带的飞行,必须按照仪表飞行规则进行。
Flights within Tower Control Area and Aerodrome ControlZone shall operate under IFR unless special clearance hasbeen obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航线 2. Traffic circuits
起落航线通常为左起落航线,必要时经ATC同意
也可以右航线。A、B类航空器高(300)米,C、
D类航空器高 (450)米。
Traffic circuits shall be normally left hand-circuit, Trafficcircuits can also be right hand-circuit with ATC clearance .Atthe height of (300) m for aircraft CAT A/B, and (450) m foraircraft CAT C/D.
3. 仪表飞行程序 3. IFR flight procedures
严格按照航图中公布的进、离场程序飞行。如果
需要,航空器可在空中交通管制部门指定的航
路、导航台或定位点上空等待或做机动飞行。
Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departureprocedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraftmay, if necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over anavigation facility or a fix designated by ATC.

5.1 管制员通过有关管制室以及空中其他航空器

b.必须提供位置报告;

d. 必须在规定的频率上保持双向无线电通信。
6.1 ATC release order of Visual Flight issued under thefollowing conditions:a. Flight Plan is needed, unless special clearance has beenobtained from ATC;b. Position report is needed;c. Besides the instrument flight rules, vertical visual groundas reference is needed;d. TWO-WAY radio communication is needed.
