本科项目清华经管学院从 2009 年秋季学期开始实施

新的本科生培养方案。新方案遵循“通识教育”

与“个性发展”相结合的教育理念。通识教育融

合价值塑造、能力培养、人类核心知识获取，特

别强调对学生的好奇心、想象力、批判性思维能

力的培养。个性发展旨在为学生自由成长创造环

境和提供机会，既关注学生个性的发展，又对学

生实行个性化的培养，尤其是为大三、大四年级

学生开设学术、创业、领导力三个方向的“优秀

人才培养计划”。新方案延续了清华百年办学的

优良传统，吸收了国际上最优秀大学的办学经验，

“以人为本”、面向世界、面向未来。

In the fall of 2009, Tsinghua SEM launched a new undergraduate curriculum, which highlights both general education and individual development. General education integrates value formation, skills development and attainment of core knowledge of human civilizations, stressing the importance of nurtur ing cur iosi ty, imaginat ion and cr i t ical thinking. Individual development refers to not only personal i ty up-bringing but also individual ized education plans, such as the “honors programs” that offer three tracks of learning in academics, entrepreneurship and leadership for students in their junior and senior years. The new curriculum is geared to global needs of the future. It builds on the legacy o f Ts inghua Univers i ty , d raws experience from top universities worldwide, and places the development of students at the center of the design.
