Abstract

One of the road accident cause is drowsiness while driving. The proposed drowsiness detector system

developed and expected to reduce the road accident from drowsiness. Focusing on truck transportation

providers -risk groups for drowsiness.

drowsiness detection and in-depth interview of 8 major inland transportation providers were analyzed and use

to design this drowsiness detector system. The results showed that 87 percent of major inland transportation

providers are interested in this system and want to apply the system in their transport operation
