We are specialists in inspection, maintenance and repair of blades, nacelles and towers for the wind energy sector. Since the company was founded in 2008 we are based in Northern Spain and we work all over the world, constantly expanding internationally.

quality controlIn Galventus we monitor inspections during the whole transporting process of blades, nacelles, bushing covers and towers until their assembly.

We work directly with our client’s quality departments, adapting ourselves to their checklists and repairing the damages their components may suffer.

We analyse the product before and after the assembly through visual techniques, held on non-destructive tests, which gives the client a guarantee of quality standards.

Our experts carry out the assessment and study of wind farms environmental impact, using the most advanced equipment and top-notch technology.

We manage the whole process of ascending/descending of blades and transport to our repair facilities. We also have a repair mobile tent for on-site works.

We offer training courses on building and repair of composite components. We also design special training courses based on the specific needs of our customers.

We elaborate all types of technical reports in the most thorough way, including details of the repairs carried out together with step-by-step explanation of works engaged along the process.
