Theo số liệu thăm dò và tính toán, năm 2009, trữ lượng khí phát hiện được ở Việt Nam là 610 tỷ m 3 , đứng thứ 31 so với trữ lượng khí các nước trên thế giới. Theo Petro Vietnam Gas Co. : Trữ lượng khí của Việt Nam phân bố trên toàn lãnh thổ nhưng chủ yếu ở các bể Nam Côn Sơn, Sông Hồng, Mêkông, Malay-Thổ Chu. Cho đến nay Việt Nam đang khai thác 6 mỏ dầu và 1 mỏ khí, hình thành 4 cụm khai thác dầu khí quan trọng. 1. Tim nng kh Vit Nam

Nc ta c th gii nhn nhn l quc gia cn non tr trong ngnh cng nghip kh. Theo s liu thm d v tnh ton, nm 2009, tr lng kh pht hin c Vit Nam l 610 t m3, ng th 31 so vi tr lng kh cc nc trn th gii.

Theo Petro Vietnam Gas Co. : Tr lng kh ca Vit Nam phn b trn ton lnh th nhng ch yu cc b Nam Cn Sn, Sng Hng, Mkng, Malay-Th Chu. Cho n nay Vit Nam ang khai thc 6 m du v 1 m kh, hnh thnh 4 cm khai thc du kh quan trng.

Ngoi khu vc trn, thm lc a min trung cng pht hin mt s m kh nhng hm lng CO2 qu cao n 75%, cn hm lng hydrocacbon khng ng k. Cc m ny khng c khai thc v khng c hiu qu kinh t.

2. Cc d n khai thc v s dng kh Vit Nam1.2.1. B Cu Long

n bt u i vo hot ng t nm 1995, nhm thu gom kh ng hnh t bn trng Cu Long. Kh thu gom t m Bch H, qua gin nn CCP, a vo ng ng dn vo b cp kh nhanh cho nh my in B Ra.

Nm 2001, hon thnh ng ng Rng ng-Bch H, b sung ngun kh t m Rng ng vo h thng kh Cu Long vi cng sut thit k 4,5 triu m3/ngy.

Nm 2008, b sung thm kh t cc m Phng ng v C Ng Vng.

Nm 2009, hon thnh v a vo vn hnh ng ng thu gom kh t cc m S T en, S T Vng vi cng sut thit k 4,5 triu m3/ngy.

2.2. B Nam Cn Sn

H thng ng ng dn kh t m Lan Ty/Lan (L 06.1) v m Rng i/Rng i Ty (L 11.2) n trm x l kh Dinh C: Cng sut thit k 20 triu m3/ngy m, cung cp kh cho cc h tiu th ti cc khu cng nghip Ph M, Nhn Trch, Hip Phc...

2.3. B PM3-46 Ci Nc

D n ng ng dn kh PM3-C Mau l mt phn ca d n cm Kh in m cung cp kh thin nhin lm nhin liu cho cc Nh my in v Nh my m C Mau, c thit k vi cng sut tuyn ng l 2 t m3/nm.

Kh c cung cp cho cc h tiu th l Nh my in C Mau 1, Nh my in C Mau 2 v Nh my m C Mau. Sn lng in ca 2 nh my in s chim 8% sn lng in quc gia v sn lng m s p ng 30% nhu cu m quc gia.

II. TNG QUAN V CNG TY KH VIT NAM

1. Lch s hnh thnh v pht trin

Thng 05/1995, PV Gas hon thnh h thng ng ng dn kh Bch H - B Ra, giai on a nhanh kh vo b ca d n kh Bch H, chm dt vic t b ngoi khi kh ng hnh ca m Bch H, cung cp kh cho nh my in B Ra vi cng sut 1 triu m3 kh/ngy.

Thng 10/1999, PV Gas a vo vn hnh Nh my x l kh Dinh C v Kho Cng Th vi, nh du vic hon thnh ton b d n kh Bch H. T y, ngoi kh kh cp cho cc nh my in ti B Ra v Ph M, PV Gas bt u cung cp cc sn phm lng (LPG v condensate) cho th trng ni a.

Thng 11/2001, PV Gas hon thnh ng ng dn kh Rng ng Bch H. Kh ng hnh t Rng ng c thu gom v a vo b cng vi kh Bch H.

T ngy 17/11/2006, PV Gas c chuyn i thnh cng ty TNHH mt thnh vin thuc Tp on Du Kh Vit Nam vi hn 1000 nhn vin.

Thng 5/2007 dng kh thng mi t m PM3 CAA c a vo b cung cp cho Nh my in C Mau 1, thuc khu cng nghip Khnh An, tnh C Mau. y l cng trnh quan trng ca cm D n Kh in m, gp phn pht trin kinh t cho tnh C Mau v khu vc ng bng sng Cu Long.

Ngy 18/7/2007, Tng cng ty kh Vit Nam c thnh lp trn c s t chc li cng ty TNHH mt thnh vin ch bin v kinh doanh sn phm kh v mt s n v kinh doanh kh thuc Tp on Du kh Vit Nam.

n ngy 7 thng 4 nm 2010, 50 t m3 kh kh c a vo b cung cp cho cc nh my in, nh du mt ct mc quan trng cho qu trnh pht trin ca PVGAS ni ring v ca ngnh cng nghip du kh Vit Nam ni chung.

Hin nay, PVGAS tr thnh mt cng ty vng mnh vi i ng nhn vin ng o 1050 nhn vin. p ng nhu cu tiu th kh kh, LPG v condensate cho th trng Vit Nam.

2. Gii thiu chung2.1 V tr a l, c im khu vc xy dng cng PV-Gas

Cng PV Gas Vng Tu c Cc hng hi Vit Nam cng b theo quyt nh s 48/2001/Q-CHHVN ngy 09/02/2001.

Cng thuc a phn x Phc Tn, huyn Tn Thnh, Tnh B Ra - Vng Tu. Cng nm trong khu cng nghip Ci Mp. Cng nm ven sng Ci Mp, cch ca sng khong 6km. Theo ng b cch quc l 51 khong 5,5km, cch Thnh ph Vng Tu 41km.

H thng xut/nhp sn phm xng, reformate cho nh my ch bin condensate (CPP)

H thng nhp nguyn liu VCM cho nh my PMPC.

H thng ng ng cung cp LPG cho trm xe bn

phc v cho qu trnh xut/nhp sn phm lng, KCTV c hai cu cng c trang b cc cn xut:

Cu cng s 1 (Jetty 1): c kh nng tip nhn tu t 2.000 DWT n 20.000 DWT v c trang b cc cn xut phc v cho cng tc xut/nhp sn phm LPG, condensate, xng v nhp VCM.

Cu cng s 2 (Jetty 2): c kh nng tip nhn tu t 500 DWT n 2.000 DWT v c trang b cc cn xut phc v cho cng tc xut/nhp sn phm LPG.

II. CC NG NG VN CHUYN SN PHM LNGng ng vn chuyn sn phm lng c chia lm 3 phn - 1) Trm phng thoi, t ti nh my ch bin kh Dinh C - 2) Ba trm LBV nm dc tuyn ng ngm - 3) Trm nhn thoi, t ti KCTV.

Propan, butan lng, condensate BH, condensate NCS c vn chuyn t nh my GPP Dinh C v nh my x l kh NCS n KCTV bng 3 ng ng vi chiu di khong 24 km. Condensate BH v condensate NCS c vn chuyn theo tng m trn cng mt tuyn ng. Hot ng ca cc ng ng c theo di qua h thng SCADA t ti nh my Dinh C.

1. Trm phng thoi

ng ng dn sn phm lng bt u t trm phng thoi SK-003, t ti Dinh C. Trm phng thoi c trang b thit b bo thoi, ng h p sut v van an ton.

Trong ch vn hnh bnh thng, ng ng phng thoi c cch ly khi ng ng bi van cch ly kp.

Vic phng thoi c thc hin bng tay, trnh t tin hnh phng thoi nh sau:

Khi nhn c tn hiu c hc, m van trn ng bypass, ng van u vo v u ra.

Sau khi c lp trm phng thoi, tin hnh x p, x hi v x lng.

Van an ton trn trm phng thoi ca ng ng condensate c ni vi ng x lng, cn cc va an ton trn trm phng trn ca ng ng butan v propan c ni vi u uc ca nh my GPP Dinh C.

Van ng khn cp (ESDV) c lp t cho tng ng bo v ng ng trong trng hp khn cp. Cc van ny c t cui cc cm phng thoi v c vn hnh thng qua h thng SCADA.

Trn mi ng c lp t cc u ch, cc u ch c lp t thm mt ng ng c van tay c lp phc v cho vic chuyn i ng ng bm sn phm t GPP xung Cng.

2. Trm van c lp (LBV - Line break valve)

C 3 trm van c lp: SK-0051, SK-0052, SK-0053. Mi trm van c b tr mt cm van c lp v van mt chiu cho mi ng ng. Van c lp c vn hnh bng thy lc cho chu k ng v chu k m. B cp thy lc s dng c bm in v bm tay.

Ngun in chiu sng v vn hnh bm thy lc ti trm LBV 1 v 3 c cp t li in quc gia. Cc trm cng c trang b 1 my pht in diesel cng sut 18 KVA v 1 UPS cng sut 4,5 KVA m bo cung cp in lin tc cho cc trm LBV trong trng hp li in quc gia b mt.

Ngun in chiu sng v vn hnh bm in ca b cp thy lc trm LBV 2 c ly t 2 my pht in gas/diesel t ti trm phn phi kh B Ra. Trm van cng c trang b 1 UPS cng sut 4,5 KVA m bo cung cp in lin tc cho trm.

3. Trm nhn thoi

Trm nhn thoi SK-004 t ti KCTV c vn hnh tng t trm phng thoi. Sau khi c tn hiu bo thoi n, ng nhn thoi c c lp, gim p, thng hi, x cn. ng nhn thoi c lm sch bng kh Nit trc khi m ly thoi.

Trm nhn thoi c cc u ch trn cc ng ng c ni vi nhau bng cc van c lp, phc v cho vic chuyn i gia cc ng ng vn chuyn sn phm.

Mt khc, ng ng ny c ni vi ng condensate tm thi (trc y) trong ch AMF v c dn ra 2 cu cng 1 v 2 xut trc tip sn phm t GPP xung tu khi cn. Cc u ch trn ng propan v butan c lp t pha sau trm nhn thoi.4. Tng cha sn phm

4.1. Tng cha LPG

KCTV c lp t 33 bn hnh tr cha LPG gm 18 bn cha propan, 13 bn cha butan v 2 bn cn li cha Off-spec. Cc bn ny c chia thnh 6 cm:

Cm th nht: cha propan gm 06 bn SV-101 A/B/C/D/E/F;

Cm th hai: cha propan gm 06 bn SV-102 A/B/C/D/E/F;

Cm th ba: cha propan gm 06 bn SV-103 A/B/C/D/E/F;

Cm th t: cha butan gm 04 bn SV-104 A/B/C/D;

Cm th nm: cha butan gm 06 bn SV-105 A/B/C/D/E/F;

Cm th su: cha butan gm 03 bn SV-106 A/B/C;

Cha off-spec bupro gm 02 bn SV-107 A/B

Tuy nhin , do tt c cc bn cha c thit k cha propan v c kt ni vi nhau nn bt k cm bn no cng c th s dng cha propan, butan, bupro tr 02 bn cha off-spec.

LPG c nhp vo qua h thng ng nhp. ng knh ng nhp 3, c u ni vo pha trn nh bn. ng knh ng xut 8, c u ni vo pha y bn.

Mi bn cha c lp 2 o mc bng sng Rada: hin th mc cht lng trong bn, cnh bo khi mc cht lng 80,7% ng knh bn (3390 mm).

4.2. Tng cha condensate BH

KCTV c 02 bn cha condensate BH l TK-101A/B. Cc bn cha ny l loi bn mi cn c nh c phao ni bn trong v c vn hnh p sut kh quyn. Th tch ha dng ca mi bn l 6.500 m3 (ng knh 24m, chiu cao 18,5m).

GPP Dinh C xut condensate BH lng ti KCTV qua ng ng 6 vi lu lng 30 - 90 m3/h. Mi bn cha c lp ni vi ng ng 6.Trn ng nhp, trc khi vo bn c lp t ng h o lu lng dng coriolis (FT-1013).

Mt bn thu hi condensate TK-104 c t bn ngoi khu vc tng chng trn ca bn TK-101A/B thu gom condensate t cc bn cha TK-101A/B bng cch s dng bm thu hi lng P-107A/B.4.3. Tng cha condensate NCS

thc hin hp ng vn chuyn condensate NCS, ti KCTV c lp t 02 bn cha TK-110A/B. Cc bn cha ny l loi mi cn c phao ni bn trong v c vn hnh p sut kh quyn. Dung tch ca mi bn l 16.500 m3 (ng knh 37,5m, chiu cao 18,5m).

Nh my NCS bm condensate ti KCTV trn cng mt ng ng 6 condensate BH vi lu lng 83 m3/h. Qu trnh vn chuyn condensate BH v NCS trn cng mt ng ng c thc hin lun phin. Mi bn cha c ni c lp vi ng ng 6. Trn ng nhp trc khi vo bn c lp t 02 ng h o lu lng dng coriolis (FT-7900/FT-7901).

5. Xut sn phm

Mi loi sn phm c xut bng 03 bm (propan: P-101A/B/C, butan: P-102A/B/C v condensate BH: P-103A/B/C), cng sut ca mi bm l 250 m3/h. Ring condensate NCS th c xut bng 02 bm, cng sut mi bm l 500 m3/h. Ngoicc bm xut sn phm trn cn c 02 bm off-spec (P-108A/B, mt hot ng, mt d phng).

Hai cu cng dng xut sn phm ra tu:

Cu cng s 1: c trang b cc cn xut LDA-101 xut/nhp v VRA-101 hi hi propan hoc LPG; LDA-102 xut/nhp v VRA-101 hi hi butan hoc LPG; LDA-105 xut/nhp condensate BH v NCS v cc sn phm t nh my ch bin condensate (CPP). Cn np LDA-102 c th c dng xut/nhp condensate khi c yu cu. Ngoi ra, cu cng s 1 cn c lp t thm cn MLA z-3101 nhp VCM cho nh my PMPC.

Cu cng s 2: c trang b LDA-103 xut/nhp v VRA-102 thu hi propan hoc LPG; LDA-104 xut/nhp v VRA-104 hi hi butan hoc LPG.

Cc cm o m sn phm c lp t trn tng ng ng dn sn phm ra cc cu cng (FE-2304, FE-2310 cho propan, butan, bupro, FE-2501 cho condensate BH, xng v z-8200 cho condensate NCS cu cng s 1; cn FE-2404, FE-2410 cho propan, butan, bupro cu cng s 2).

Trong qu trnh xut propan hoc butan, hi hi t tu c phn tch trong phng th nghim v nu t tiu chun (khng cha H2S, CO2, NO2,... hoc c nhng trong gii hn cho php) th ng hi hi s ni vi cm bn ang xut thng p v gim thi gian xut.

i vi qu trnh xut bupro, hi hi t tu c phn tch trong phng th nghim, nu t tiu chun hi hi s c nn ti my nn CMP-102A, c ngng t bi thit b lm mt E-102 v sau c a n bn cha off-spec. Trong trng hp khng t tiu chun lng hi ny s c x ra uc.

6. H thng o m sn phm

H thng o m sn phm ca KCTV bao gm 2 cm sau:

Ti cm o m sn phm u vo, condensate BH, propan v butan c o bi ng h o lu lng khi lng dng coriolis v mt thit b cn chnh dng chung cho cc thit b trn (compact prover 12). Condensate NCS c o m bng mt cm 02 ng h o lu lng khi dng coriolis.

Trong qu trnh xut sn phm xung tu hoc sang nh my ch bin condensate, 05 trong 07 ng h o c dnh cho cu cn s 1 v 02 ng h o cn li dng cho cu cng s 2.

Sn phm xut ra t kho c o m thng qua h thng o lu lng khi dng coriolis v mt thit b cn chnh n (compact prover 34) c lp t cn chnh cho cc thit b o trn.

7. H thng thu hi sn phm lng

Bn thu hi condensate TK-104 lp t trn mt t nhm thu gom condensate y bn TK-101A/B trong qu trnh bo dng.

Hai bm thu hi condensate P-107A/B bm condensate y bn TK-102A/B n TK-104. Trong bo dng, Nit p sut cao c dng y condensate lng t ng ng xut v t cc trm bm v TK-104.

Condensate trong TK-104 c th dn ngc tr li TK-101A/B hoc xut ra xe bn bng cch s dng P-107A/B.

Cc bn thu hi c lp t c 2 cu cng thu hi cc sn phm t cn np:

Cu cng s 1: TK-106 thu gom propan, butan hoc bupro; TJ-125 thu hi condensate.

Cu cng s 2: TK-107 thu gom propan, butan hoc bupro.

Cht lng t cc bn thu gom LPG sau khi thu gom a v bn cha bupro khng t tiu chun SV-107A/B. Condensate t TK-125 c dn ti TK-104.

4. Nguyn l hot ng ca bm ly tm

Trc khi bm lm vic, cn phi lm cho thn bm (trong c bnh cng tc) v ng ht c in y cht lng, thng gi l mi bm.

2. M T CHUNG V CH VN HNH BNH THNG CA H THNG PH TR2.1. H thng Diesel/My pht in

Du diesel c s dng cho bm nc cu ha v my pht in. Du c cha trong 3 thng cp du hng ngy FDT-101/102/103 v 01 bn ch UV-108. FDT-102 v FDT-102 c dung tch l 2500 L c s dng ring cho tng ng c ca my pht in diesel DG-101, DG-102. FDT-103 c s dng cho bm nc cu ha P-105. Dung tch bn cha UV-108 l 60 m3. Bm P-113A/B c s dng cho vic bm du diesel t xe bn vo UV-108 v t bn UV-108 sang cc thng cp du hng ngy.2.2 H thng kh iu khin v kh nn

2.2.1 My nn khng kh CMP-101A/B

Hai my nn khng kh CMP-101A/B (01 lm vic, 01 d phng) vi cng sut mi my l 725 m3/h c s dng cung cp kh nn, kh iu khin, kh cho sn xut Nit. C 02 my nn ch hot ng cng lc khi cn mt lng ln Nit lm sch ng ng v thit b, cung cp cho CPP. Ngoi ra, KCTV cn c mt my nn di ng d phng chy bng du D.O c ni vi h thng kh thng qu mt u ch trong trng hp c hai my nn CMP-101A/B khng hot ng c.

My nn kh CMP-101A/B thuc loi my nn 2 cp bao gm h thng lm mt bng nc (lm mt cp u v cp cui) c s dng sau mi cp lm gim nhit khng kh b nn.

2.2 Thit b lm kh kh AD-101A/B

Thit b lm kh kh AD-101A/B c cng sut 1489 m3/h c lp t ngay sau my nn khng kh. Thit b lm kh kh bao gm 02 thp bn trong cha cht lm kh c th ti sinh, thit b lc u vo v lc u ra.

Khng kh qua 02 thit b lc u vo trc khi vo thp, ti y cc ht bi rn v ht lng c mt dy s c gi li. B lc u ra s tch cc ht du v bo v cho lp cht lm kh khng b nhim bn.

2.3. H thng sn xut Nit

H thng PSA sn xut Nit c cng sut 400 m3/h (u ra) c lp t sau h thng lm kh kh sn xut Nit p ng nhu cu s dng ca Cng. H thng PSA gm c hai bnh hp ph c nhi cht hp ph l ht cacbon vi kch thc mao qun rt nh (CMS-Carbon molacular sieve), mt b gim thanh cho gii hp ph, b lc u ra, b iu chnh chnh p, van iu khin sn phm, bnh cha Nit, van u ra v van thng hi, thit b phn tch thnh phn Oxy, t iu khin.

CMS hp th Oxy trong khi nn, dng sn phm u ra chnh l Nit tinh khit. Khng kh i ti mt bnh hp ph sn xut Nit th bnh kia chuyn sang ch ti sinh. Mi bnh lun chuyn ch lm vic v ch ti sainh bo m cung cp Nit lin tc.

2.4. H thng nc cu ha

H thng nc cu ha ca KCTV gm hai bn cha vi dung tch 1450 m3 mi bn. Ton b khu vc kho cha, khu vc bn NCS v cu cng c trang b h thng mng li ng dn nc cu ha. Ngoi ra cn c h thng van phun trn t ng/u phun c nh v xoay, cc thp phun nc cu ha cng c lp t cc v tr khc nhau. Khu vc condensate v Jetty c lp t h thng to bt. Ring khu vc Jetty cn c h thng to mng ngn gia cu cng v tu trong trng hp tu b ha hon.

Cc bm b p P-104A/B (1 vn hnh, 1 d phng) c cng sut 22 m3/h mi bm chy lin tc v gi n nh p sut ca ngun nc cu ha. Hai bm nc cu ha P-105 v P-106 cng sut 750 m3/h mi bm c trang b cng vi cc bm b p, bm P-105 chy bng in cn bm P-106 chy bng diesel.

2.5. H thng x l nc nhim du

Nc nhim du t h thng thu gom c chuyn v bn UV-115. Sau c 3 bm ngm P-115A/B/C s bm nc nhim du n bn tch du theo phng php trng lc API UV-116. Ti UV-116, cc cht v c s lng di dng cn bn, du s ni ln trn mt nc. y bn phn tch c mt a b tng gia c, a ny gi hu ht du trong bn phn tch. Du c thu gom s c chuyn sang bn lng du UV-117. Sau khi ra khi bn phn tch, nc ln du s c a sang bn lc hp ph UV-118A/B.

2.6. H thng flare

H thng flare gm c 02 uc, mt cho lu lng rt thp v mt cho lu lng cao hn. H thng flare phn cp, cp u dng cho lu lng thp, u t h tr kiu LRGO c s dng trieetk gim khi do lu lng thp. cp th hai, s dng loi flare ph tr thng, do lu lng cao nn khng cn quan tm ti khi.

Ngoi cc ct uc, h thng flare cn bao gm bnh tch lng KOD V-164, bnh kh mi UV-109 (s dng kh mi l LPG), cm nh la (AMFG).

2.7. H thng nc sinh hot

Nc sinh hot ca KCTV c cung cp qua ng ng chnh ca thnh ph. Tuy vy bn cha UV-106 vi dung tch 38,5 m3 v hai bm P-127A/B (mt lm vic, mt d phng) c cng sut 5 m3/h c lp t d tr v duy tr nc sinh hot trong cc trng hp ngun nc chnh ca thnh ph b mt. Mt ng hi lu ca bm vi a iu chnh lu lng (RO-6301) c trang b khng ch tiu th khch hng cui cng. RO-6301 thit k vi lu lng 2 m3/h.3 CC H THNG PH TR KHC

3.1 H thng camera - th t

c lp t ti KCTV kim sot cc hot ng vo ra khu vc KCTV nhm nng cao mc an ninh an ton cho kho cng. Mi hot ng vo ra kho cng c th kim sot qua h thng camera t phng iu khin trung tm, trn mng internet, ti phng iu khin, t phng bo v v qua h thng lu tr ti my tnh.

3.2 H thng ci n cnh bo hang hi

H thng ci n c lp t ti 2 u cu cng pha thng lu v h lu. Ti mi u cu cng c lp t 01 ci v 01 n pha cng sut ln c kh nng thc hin cnh bo t xa cho cc phng tin lu thng trn lung khi pht hin nguy c mt an ton i vi cu cng. 4.1. Cc mi nguy him chung

Trong qu trnh vn hnh KCTV, vn c lu nht l an ton lao ng. Do cn a ra cc bin php x l, gim thiu ri ro do cc mi nguy him c th gy ra.

4.2. Cc mi nguy him ca cc sn phm t kh

Tt c cc sn phm du m u c kh nng ha hi, ph thuc vo tng loi sn phm khc nhau. Trong khng gian hp, cc hi ny s lm gim nng kh oxy trong khng kh v vy s gy kh khn cho vic duy tr s th bnh thng. Hi hydrocacbon cng c tc ng vt l gy hi cho sc khe. Propan v butan l cc cht kh chy n khi to hn hp vi khng kh hay oxy.

Condensate l mt cht d bt chy v kh nng bay hi cao di iu kin nhit , p sut thng. V cc hi hydrocacbon ny nng hi khng kh nn chng s bay thp l l di mt t v c kh nng hnh thnh hn hp chy n.
