ABOUT THE KFC YUM! CENTER

The KFC Yum! Center is the state of the art 22,000-seat basketball and

multipurpose arena slated to open on October 10, 2010. Located on the

Ohio River waterfront in Louisville, Kentucky, the KFC Yum! Center will be

home to the University of Louisville men's and women's basketball teams.

The arena will play host to conventions, ice shows, and collegiate sport

championships as well. It will be the fifth largest college basketball arena in

the nation.

Louisville Arena Sports and Entertainment Properties (LASEP), a property of

Learfield Sports, is a subsidiary of Learfield Communications. Learfield

began a new era in Corporate Partnership Sales and venue naming rights

when the Louisville Arena Authority retained Learfield to pursue Sponsorship

Sales for the new multi-purpose Arena. The appointment marked an

unprecedented move in the sports industry, where the owner and operator

of a significant sports venue retains an outside company to handle the

management and sales of all Arena inventory on a permanent basis.
