Title: How to keep Gods Commandments and faith in Jesus properly.Exodus 20:1-17Then God spoke all these words, saying,

2 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of

    [a]slavery.

3 You shall have no other gods

    [b]before Me.

4 You shall not make for yourself

[c]an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the

earth beneath or in the water under the earth.5

You shall not worship them or serve them; for I,

the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on thethird and the fourth generations of those who hate Me,

    6but showing lovingkindness to

thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

7 You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not

    [d]leave him

unpunished who takes His name in vain.

8Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

9Six days you shall labor and do all your work,

    10

but the seventh day is a sabbath of the LORD your God; in ityou shall not do any work, you or

your son or your daughter, your male or your female servant or your cattle or your sojourner who[e]

    stays with you.11

For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea and all that

is in them, and rested on the seventh day; therefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day and made it

    holy.

12 Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be prolonged in the land which theLORD your God gives you.

    13 You shall not murder.

14 You shall not commit adultery.

    15 You shall not steal.

16 You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

17 You shall not covet your neighbors house; you shall not covet your neighbors wife or hismale servant or his female servant or his ox or his donkey or anything that belongs to yourneighbor.

    14;6-12

    Revelation 14:6-12

6And I saw another angel flying in midheaven, having an eternal gospel to preach to those who

    [c]live on the earth, and to every nation and tribe and tongue and people;

7and he said with a loud

voice, Fear God, and give Him glory, because the hour of His judgment has come; worshipHim who made the heaven and the earth and sea and springs of waters.

    8

And another angel, a second one, followed, saying,

    [d]

Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, shewho has made all the nations drink of the wine of the[e]passion of her immorality.

Doom for Worshipers of the Beast

9Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, If anyone worships

the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand,10

he also will drinkof the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed

[f]in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he

will be tormented with fire and[g]

brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the

    presence of the Lamb.11

And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever; they have no

rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and[h]

    whoever receives the mark

    of his name.

    12

    Here is the

    [i]

    perseverance of the

    [j]

saints who keep the commandments of Godand

    [k]their faith in Jesus.

17So the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went off to make war with the rest of her

    [k]

children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus.

    5;1-21

    Deuteronomy 5:1-21

5 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,2

Command the sons of Israel that they send awayfrom the camp every leper and everyone having a discharge and everyone who is unclean

    because of a deadperson.3

You shall send away both male and female; you shall send them

outside the camp so that they will not defile their camp where I dwell in their midst.4

The sonsof Israel did so and sent them outside the camp; just as the LORD had spoken to Moses, thus the

    sons of Israel did.

5Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

6Speak to the sons of Israel, When a man or woman

commits any of the sins of mankind, acting unfaithfully against the LORD, and that person is

guilty, 7 then [a]he shall confess [b]his sins which [c]he has committed, and he shall makerestitution in full for his wrong and add to it one-fifth of it, and give itto him whom he haswronged.

8But if the man has no

[d]relative to whom restitution may be made for the wrong, the

restitution which is made for the wrong must go to the LORD for the priest, besides the ram of

atonement, by which atonement is made for him.9

    Also every[e]

contribution pertaining to all theholygifts of the sons of Israel, which they offer to the priest, shall be his.

    10So every mans holy

giftsshall be his; whatever any man gives to the priest, it becomes his.

    The Adultery Test

11Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

12Speak to the sons of Israeland say to them, If any

mans wife goes astray and is unfaithful to him,13 and a man has intercourse with her and it ishidden from the eyes of her husband and she is

[f]undetected, although she has defiled herself,

and there is no witness against her and she has not been caught in the act,14 [g]

    if a spirit of

jealousy comes over him and he is jealous of his wife when she has defiled herself, or if a spiritof jealousy comes over him and he is jealous of his wife when she has not defiled herself,

    15the

man shall then bring his wife to the priest, and shall bring as[h]

an offering for her one-tenth of an[i]

ephah of barley meal; he shall not pour oil on it nor put frankincense on it, for it is a grain

offering of jealousy, a grain offering of memorial, a reminder of iniquity.

16Then the priest shall bring her near and have her stand before the LORD,

    17and the priest shall

take holy water in an earthenware vessel; and[j]

he shall take some of the dust that is on the floor

of the tabernacle and put itinto the water. 18 The priest shall then have the woman stand beforethe LORD and let the hair ofthe womans head go loose, and place the grain offering of memorial[k]

in her hands, which is the grain offering of jealousy, and in the hand of the priest is to be thewater of bitterness that brings a curse.

19The priest shall have her take an oath and shall say to

the woman, If no man has lain with you and if you have not gone astray into uncleanness, being

    underthe authority ofyour husband, be[l]

immune to this water of bitterness that brings a curse;20

if you, however, have gone astray, beingunderthe authority ofyour husband, and if you have

defiled yourself and a man other than your husband has had intercourse with you21

priest shall have the woman swear with the oath of the curse, and the priest shall say to the

woman), the LORD make you a curse and an oath among your people by the LORDS making

    your thigh[m]

    waste away and your abdomen swell;

    1;1-9

    Deuteronomy 1:1-9

1 These are the words which Moses spoke to all Israel across the Jordan in the wilderness, in the

    Arabah opposite[a]

Suph, between Paran and Tophel and Laban and Hazeroth and Dizahab.2

    It is

eleven daysjourney from Horeb by the way of Mount Seir to Kadesh-barnea.3

    In the fortieth

year, on the first day of the eleventh month, Moses spoke to the children of Israel, according toall that the LORD had commanded him to give to them,

    4after he had

    [b]defeated Sihon the king

of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, who lived in Ashtaroth[c]

    and

    Edrei.

    5

Across the Jordan in the land of Moab, Moses undertook to expound this law, saying,

6The LORDour God spoke to us at Horeb, saying, You have

    [d]stayed long enough at this

    mountain.7

Turn and set your journey, and go to the hill country of the Amorites, and to all theirneighbors in the Arabah, in the hill country and in the lowland and in the

    [e]Negev and by the

seacoast, the land of the Canaanites, and Lebanon, as far as the great river, the river Euphrates.8

See, I have placed the land before you; go in and possess the land which the LORD swore to giveto your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to them and their

    [f]descendants after them.

9I spoke to you at that time, saying, I am not able to bearthe burden of you alone.

    18;25-30

    Leviticus 18:25-30

25For the land has become defiled, therefore I have brought its

[n]punishment upon it, so the land

    has spewed out its inhabitants.26

But as for you, you are to keep My statutes and My judgments

and shall not do any of these abominations, neitherthe native, nor the alien who sojourns among

    you27

(for the men of the land who have been before you have done all these abominations, and

    the land has become defiled);28

so that the land will not spew you out, should you defile it, as it

has spewed out the nation which has been before you.29

For whoever does any of these

    abominations,[o]

those persons who do soshall be cut off from among their people.30

    Thus you

are to keep My charge, that you do not practice any of the abominable customs which have been

practiced before you, so as not to defile yourselves with them; I am the LORDyour God.
