Using MAX A/C mode
T he M A X A /C m ode recirculatesthe air and directs it to flowthrough the instrum ent panelvents.
T his m od e is noisier,but providesquicker cooling than A /C m ode.T he com pressor only functions ifthe ou tside tem perature is above
10°C (50°F ).Select M A X A /C for airflowthrou gh these vents:

• T he readiness light w illeitherflash or stay lit.
• T he readiness light w illnotillum inate im m ediately after
ign ition is turned on.
• A group of five beeps w illbeheard.T he tone pattern w illrepeat periodically untiltheproblem and light are repaired.
If any of these things happen,eveninterm itten tly,have the SR Sserviced at you r dealership or by aqualified technician im m ediately.U nless serviced,the system m aynot function properly in the even tof a collision.
