Please accept my application for the post of “Software Engineer”. I believe that my Strong academic experience and technical skills, strong dedication to work along with everyone, motivates me to strive for this position. Currently I am pursuing Master in Computer Science at Arizona State University and graduate in may-2016.

During the Summer Internship-2015, I have worked as an application developer at University of Phoenix, Phoenix as a consultant for Techraves’ LLC. I worked on 2016 tentative feature for internal application of university of phoenix, Different task were assigned that varied from research task to extreme development coding task. I have had a hands-on experience of Spring, J2EE, JSTL, JSP, JAVA, Python. When it comes to front end I have had a good hands-on experience of JQuery, Ajax, Json, JavaScript, HTML/ HTML5, CSS/ CSS3, Bootstrap and Highcharts- a new technology to dynamically demonstrate the data. Other than that I worked on a testing tool named Mockito, jUnit and SqlDeveloper by oracle.

The i worked as Java Consultant at early warning system. I worked on serious security issues. The issue dealt with capturing the exception in legacy code which were previously denoted by parent exception instead of classifying the child exception type first. I worked as java developer and worked on changing the XML pattern for the response that the application sends out to banks in response to query for cheques and counterfeit requests. I worked as a Dev Environment and QA environment Tester, and verified the builds developed by other developer. I worked on the task to develop the Soap test cases using SOAPUI tool, verified the builds in the linux server and observed the expected behavior against result behavior.

Before I joined Arizona State University for my masters, I have gained my experience of 1.9 year as an Assistant Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Service (TCS), India pvt.ltd. I have worked for TCS for the product for BestBuy an American E-Retailing corporate portal. I have designed and developed the Graphical User Interface, maintained the database for the portal and carried out manual testing for the website. The programming languages for which I have a hand on experience are JAVA, J2EE using MVC model & Servlets, SQL, MySQL, JSP, JAVASCRIPT, HTML/HTML5 and CSS. Also I have worked on internal projects for TCS i.e. NSEP- National Self Education Program. Our team designed, developed an application that could be used by students to apply for education based loans that facilitated communication with the college and bank for the information for loan clearance procedure.

During my Bachelor’s in Information Technology, I have worked on various projects and web application that helped me in enhancing my skills and in gaining more insight in the field of Software and application development. I have worked on project such as: Shop4Xclusive, Gateway Entry Management system. I possess a good hold on written and oral communication skills.
