POLIAMMIDE, NYLON: tessuto nato nel 1935, il suo nome nasce dalla fusione delle iniziali di New York (Ny) e Londra (Lon). Le fi bre di poliammide sono fi bre sintetiche costituite da macromolecole lineari ottenute dalla policondensazione di composti bi funzionali. La fi bre poliammidiche più diffuse è il Nylon. Le sue caratteristiche primarie sono leggerezza, resistenza, brillantezza,indeformabilità, elevato recupero elastico .

NYLON 500D: Fibra resistente all’usura , estremamente leggera, che non si restringe nel lavaggio ed asciuga rapidamente, inoltre è antibatterico e atossico.

NYLON DURATECH 840: questa tipologia di fi bra è una variante del nylon , offre uno spessore maggiore per aumentare la sua resistenza all’usura.

LYCRA: tessuto brevettato da Dupont™, è realizzato tramite la lavorazione di fi bre elastomeriche costituite prevalentemente da poliuretano segmentato. La sua caratteristica primaria è l’elasticità.

SPANDEX: fi bra sintetica innovativa dalle dote eccezionali di elasticità, resistenza e durata .

PIPING: profi li di rinforzo nelle zone più critiche per garantire il massimo confort nella calzata. Utilizzato soprattutto nelle maglie tecniche, dove sono utilizzati oltre a 5 tagli di tessuto per comporre un unico capo, il piping permette di unirli tutti in modo omogeneo.

GOMMA VULCANIZZATA: La vulcanizzazione è un processo di lavorazione della gomma, la quale viene legata chimicamente allo zolfo mediante riscaldamento. Attraverso questo processo, si ottiene un materiale elastico e poco rigonfi abile se tenuto a contatto con solventi organici, con caratteristiche di estrema resistenza e morbidezza.

FOAM: materiale utilizzato per la realizzazione di protezioni, estremamente leggero ed elastico. Antibatterico, atossico, resistente agli agenti atmosferici, antri strappo.

FIBRA ARAMIDICA: Il kevlar, è una fi bra sintetica aramidica. La sua caratteristica principale è la grande resistenza meccanica alla trazione, tanto che a parità di peso è 5 volte più resistente dell'acciaio ma decisamente più leggera. Il kevlar possiede anche una grande resistenza al calore e decompone a circa 500 °C senza fondere. Per le sue caratteristiche di resistenza, il kevlar viene utilizzato come fi bra di rinforzo per la costruzione di giubbotti antiproiettile, di attrezzature per gli sport estremi, per componenti per aeroplani e più recentemente per le vele degli scafi da competizione.

KEVLAR ARMORTEX®: tessuto brevettato da DuPont, realizzato in poliammide altamente resistente. Le sue caratteristiche principale sono Idrorepellente, antivento, resistente allo sporco, agli strappi, antiabrasione; per garantire una piena libertà di movimento.

IMPRESSION PAR SUBLIMATION: L’impression par sublimation n’est pas superposée mais à l’intérieur du vêtement; en effet au touché on ne ressent aucun relief et le rendu de l’image est impeccable et résistant car faisant partie de la trame du tissu, conservant élasticité et transparence.

ACERBIS RADDOPPIA LA PROTEZIONE CON LE PETTORINE COSMO E COSMO MX Grazie al successo ottenuto lo scorso anno nella presentazione delle nuove protezioni Acerbis, il nostro dipartimento di Ricerca & Sviluppo ha messo a punto la versione 2.0, lavorando sul sistema di protezione dorsale per poter ottenere la certifi cazione EN 1621-02/03 LIVELLO 02.

Nb: Ci sono 2 livelli di omologazione che corrispondono a 2 gradi di sicurezza ben differenti (Meno forza residua signifi ca migliore protezione)Livello 1: Forza residua media massima 18kN **, forza massima per singolo impatto 24 kN Livello 2: Forza residua media massima 9kN **, forza massima per singolo impatto 12 kN

Pettorina dal design ergonomico che segue la forma naturale della schiena, protezione dorsale in d3o™con placca inferiore removibile per persone di bassa statura. Studiata per accogliere il neck brace, grazie alla cover anteriore amovibile ed al paraschiena preformato. Fascia elastica regolabile con doppia regolazione in velcro, imbottitura in PE preformato, protezione anteriore estesa su tutto il torace omologata parasassi 14021, imbottitura posteriore amovile e lavabile. Corpetto corto, aderente e traspirante in rete elasticizzata. Protezione su spalle e gomiti in plastica omologate EN 1621 -1/97. Nella versione MX i braccioli sono removibili.Protezione dorsale certifi cata EN 1621-02/03.

La versione Cosmo è indicata per la pratica dell’Enduro, la versione Cosmo MX per il motocross e si differenzia per l’utilizzo dei braccioli; quest’ultimi sono venduti anche separatamente per offrire la possibilità di avere una pettorina polifunzionale acquistando la versione completa Cosmo ed separatamente i braccioli.

The defl ector features and ergonomic design that follows the natural shape of the spine. The back protection is made of d3o™ with a removable lower plate to accommodate shorter riders. The defl ector is designed to accommodate a neck brace, as the front harness features a removable cover and the back is formed for precise fi tment of the brace. Other technical features of the roost defl ector include elastic removable band closure with double Velcro adjustments, preformed PE padding, front protection that extends across the chest, and back padding that consists of two parts; one that is removable and washable and is 14021 certifi ed. The form fi ting bodice worn underneath the defl ector is made of breathable elastic mesh fabric. The plastic protection on the shoulders and elbows is EN 1621 -1/97 certifi ed. The MX version features removable arm protection. The back protection is EN 1621-02/03 certifi ed.The Cosmo model is suitable for Enduro style riding. The Cosmo MX version is more suited for motocross riding and is characterized by the versatility of its arm guards. The fi nal version, the Serio, features the basic back protection of the Cosmo, with the option of adding the full bodice and/or MX arm guards for full customization.

Made of nylon, with newmetal insert to avoid rotation in the event of a fall.Supplied with universal mounting kit, made of AntiCorordal aluminum, preformed shape to avoid collision with master cylinder and clutch. Fits handelbar diameters from 22 to 28 mm.

RALLY III EST LE NOUVEAU PROTÉGE-MAIN D’ACERBIS. ETUDIÉ ET RÉALISÉ PAR LE DÉPARTEMENT RECHERCHE ET DÉVELOPPEMENT AVEC NOS PILOTES MONDIALEMENT RECONNUS. Il s’agit de l’évolution de la version précédente, les points de fi xation au guidon ont étés optimisés mais aussi le dessin du spoiler qui suit la forme de la main pour garantir une protection optimale dans toutes les conditions. Réalisé en nylon,avec insert en métal dans la zone de fi xation pour augmenter la résistance du protége-mains en cas de chute.Kit de montage universel inclus, réalisé en aluminium AntiCorodal à la forme profi lée pour ne pas encombrer la pompe de frein et l’embrayage. Diamètre guidons compatible de 22mm à 28mm.
