BIMO AGUNG LISTYANU

First of all; congratulations Bimo! How do you feel as LCP Elect of AIESEC LC Bandung 13/14?

I am currently undergoing the post-election syndrome. It’s the feeling of wanting to take over all the jobs of the current LCP. Meanwhile Anggong is starting to experience the post-power syndrome. He was obviously shocked when I tried to take over his position, but these are all normal feelings to have during a transition process.

How was the panel like?

I was amazed by the panel. The system of university-based voting was a pilot project from Didi Mardiansyah (LCP 11/12) and it turned out to be above my expectation. The panel was attended by the highest number of members in history hence of course I felt nervous but at the same time I felt like I was ready to continue Anggong’s path due to my experience as an LCVP and my passion for this organization.

What was the most exciting/frightening thing on the Election Day?

Perhaps the external sessions. Because they consisted of BoAs and previous EBs who undoubtedly had unexpected questions.

What do you feel is your highest achievement as a member of the current EB?

Expansion to UNILA Lampung would be the achievement I am most proud of because it’s growing rapidly in terms of the experiences being delivered. Other achievements include being awarded as Best VP in Q2 and rewarded with free delegates fee for Asia Pacific Conference 2013 in Singapore. Not to forget my new compendium (with the help of Yolla) of the entity-based voting system.

What makes you better than Anggong? And what are the big, significant changes you’re hoping to make?

I am more of the listener and optimist compared to Anggong. The significant changes I’m hoping to make nclude: a city-based advancement & governance, a high operational quality, investment in members’ education, a proper virtual management and organizational culture.

Do you have anything to say to your future VPs?

Don’t be afraid to talk to me, applicants! I will not bite you :D

“DINA” SONYAH

LCVP YD Applicant for AIESEC Bandung 13/14

What motivated you to apply for LCVP YD? Simple. Because I wanna get more.

Being UCVP TM Unpad, what made you choose YD instead of the functional TM?

I see my passion in it since Youth Development and Talent Management are not too different. The fact that YD mainly involves externals is challenging for me.

Alright. What is your vision? And what are its supporting missions?

Vision: To be a relevant organization and an icon to the youths of Bandung in order for them to support our organizational goalsMissions: 1.  More collaborative projects2.  Sustainable programs and events for EwA3.  Activities of YD will highly support ELD

programs—eventually resulting in EwA taking the ELD programs

Last but not least, do you have any message for Bimo?

Bring AIESEC Bandung to sustainability and relevancy. Perform more. It’s not a b o u t n u m b e r s ; i t ’s a b o u t t h e development made throughout the process.

Nugroho

“AJIE” LCVP YD Applicant for AIESEC

Bandung 13/14

What is your current role? And what motivated you to apply for LCVP YD?

I am currently an infal for UCVP OGX GCDP Unpad who resigned earlier in the term. The motivation came in a rather funny way; I previously wanted to take the roel as UCP, but then I found out that both Anggong and Dwikirana were mere staffs when they became LCVPs. Hence I was inspired to take the same leap

Why Youth Development? Because this function aligns with my personality. I am people-oriented and I enjoy social work—which led me to taking Public Relations at Unpad.

Vision: To engage youth through EwA activitiesMissions: 1.  Youth Talk and AIESEC Goes To

School2.  Engage rejected applicants in forums

discussion groups3.  Engage the many universities’

internal organizations in Leaders Talk4.  Engage youth communities to

support our PBoX

What are you vision and missions?

Any words for Bimo?

First of all; congratulations! I see Bimo as a person who has the right combination of intelligence. I am sure that Bimo has a clear long-term vision for our beloved LC!

MARIA “hattya” LCVP ER Applicant for AIESEC Bandung 13/14

Hi! What was your motivation in applying for this position? My motivation is that it correlates with the minors I am taking in university. I also think that by being LCVP ER, I will be able to multiply my public-speaking ability.

What is it about the current ER that impresses you/you want to improve?

I respect Bimo a lot. Despite his strategical thinking, he is also ambitious. I am sure that LC Bandung will surge in growth throughout his term—lots of innovations and challenging targets. May all luck be with you, Bimo!

ER has been improving since Herda took the role as LCVP. If I got selected, however, I would love to sustain partnerships—they wouldn’t only last for one project, but the whole term instead.

What do you think of Bimo? Do you have anything to say to him as LCP Elect?

“DIDI” PAISAN

LCVP TM Applicant for AIESEC Bandung 13/14

What brings you here, Di? What motivated you?

The thing that motivates me the most is my desire to be valuable to others. To be useful, to be able to share experiences.

Basically, you fell in love with Talent Management, didn’t you? What do you think is still lacking from TM this term?

In my opinion, TM still lacks in terms of m e m b e r s h i p t r a ck i n g — t r a ck i n g t h e development that members should be experiencing.

What is your vision? And what are its supporting missions?

My mission is to create high-capacity talents that will sustain for long-term growth. It is as simple as that since AIESEC itself is “the way we simply do it” J

I believe that Bimo will bring something new and boost the energy of our LC since he’s a risk-taker and he already fits the criteria of an LCP. Let’s just see when the term starts!

What do you think of Bimo? Would you like to leave a message for him?

“IPAK” URFANI

LCVP Marketing Communication Applicant for AIESEC Bandung

13/14

What was your motivation? And why MarComm?

Basically, I love billboards and and other advertisement tools. I’ve always thought that Marketing Communication is interesting! In addition to that, I would love to implement the knowledge I gained in class.

Vision: For AIESEC to be the first-choice for students’ international association in LC level and organization in UC level.Missions:1.  Increase the utilization of media

partners2.  Convey the AIESEC brand in every

publication tool—also maximize the use of websites and socmed platforms

3.  Start an annual AIESEC festival4.  Sustain the existence of EASE Magz

and Radio

What are your vision and missions?

What do you think of the current Comm & IM? What improvements are to be made?

Overall, the 10 present activities done by Comm & IM are too all over the place. From IM, to EwA, to media relations. What should be improved throughout the next term is our media utilization, especially to support our LC’s ELD programs. Oh, and website, too!

What do you think of Bimo? Are you looking forward to be working with him?

I am very sure that he’s result-oriented and pays great attention to details. I myself work very well with that kind of people, especially when he/she is placed as the team leader!

“GRATIA” Wirata LCVP OGX GCDP Applicant for AIESEC Bandung 13/14

What was your motivation? And why OGX? What would you like to

improve?

I would like to dare myself to develop others—all the risks and responsibility are developing. I’ve been in OGX for the past 2 years. I fell in love with this functional because by helping people go on an exchange, we are also helping them to change their global perspective and evolve as a person. What I’d like to improve from the current OGX in this LC is the market research and the continuation of the EP returnees themselves.

How about vision and missions?

Vision: To engage as many EPs as possible while providing them with high-quality experiences.Missions:1.  UC utilization2.  EP Returnee management3.  Implementation of market research4.  Optimize synergy with other functionals5.  Focus on non-peak and peak seasons

“SATRIO” WIAVIANTO LCVP OGX GCDP Applicant for AIESEC Bandung 13/14

“GLEN” JOSHUA

LCVP BisDev Applicant for AIESEC Bandung 13/14

What is your vision and what are the following missions?

Vision: To deliver high-quality experience for all stakeholders in ICX GIP.Missions:1.  Improve the Matching-Real iza t ion

Management2.  Focus on non-educational market3.  Develop GIP projects even more4.  Maximize synergy with other functionals

I really want to develop myself as a person through this organization, because I feel the need to contribute more to AIESEC. AIESEC alone has opened many networking doors for me. The impulse to choose ICX GIP is because I believe it has the most “international” environment. When I had my exchange experience back then in Turkey, their ICX was a bit of a disappointment—this called me to participate in LC Bandung’s ICX GIP. I was involved in 2011’s GLEN Project and the LCVP ICX GIP at that time was Kinan, and he sparked a huge interest in me in becoming his successor.

What motivated you? And why ICX GIP?

Personally, I’m happy that Bimo is our next LCP. He is full of visions and is incredibly inspiring. I believe that Bimo can bring AIESEC LC Bandung towards its best. He will do well J

What do you think of Bimo as LCP Elect?

What do you see fromthe current ER, since there has not been a BD functional yet.

I think that our LC still has a low sales culture that needs to be improved—our members are not confident enough to enter the world of corporate partnerships. Even though Herda has been trying to re-build corporate partnerships (she even started from almost zero), there needs to be innovations such as MET (Marketing Executive Team) to ensure the sustainability of our sales culture. In terms of alumni and non-corp, our ER is already pretty amazing.

I believe that he is similar to me in terms of strategical thinking and thus I hope that we will work well as a team, and I hope that he will be open in giving feedback to each functional especially Business Development.

Would you like to leave a message for Bimo as LCP Elect?

My vision it to make AIESEC LC Bandung the first-choice partnership for corporate in order to improve the quality of AIESEC experience.

What is your utmost vision?
