MESSAGE FROM THE LCP
Dear Candidate,
Yes! You are almost there which is why you are here reading this.Congratulations on taking your first step towards one of the most challenging yet equallyrewarding opportunities in AIESEC. This is not just a job in my opinion it is a responsibility ofhundreds of young individuals around the world who are part of this local chapter.
To be honest this is the best role I have ever played in AIESEC and I love being LCP.Becoming a LCP will make you a leader of one of the largest and diversified organizations inthe world which is only achieved by around 500 young people worldwide. Trust me, Youwill be constantly pushed to your limit, challenged, questioned and put outside of yourcomfort zone but at the end of your day you will be a completely different person and yeta better person.
Few months back one of the Interns who came down to Sri Lanka asked from me, 'Sohan,What is your worst experience as the LCP?' Unconsciously I replied to her 'I don't have anyworst experiences because at the end of the day all the experiences are become bestexperiences of my life'. Yes, it is the beauty of this organization and this role. Everyday willbe a new challenge for you with a great learning indeed. Now it's your turn. I am really excited to see what you will be bringing to the table,
Good Luck!
