ara Management Team Harry Gregory, Director A designer with over thirty years’ experience and recognized as one of the most sought-after in the Hospitality Design. Within his time he was a founding director of GA Design and partner of Tricia Wilson. Harry handled over 100 hotel projects in 46 countries. Andre Avedian, Director Andre has been in the Hotel and Leisure industry for over 20 years. He delivered over 70 projects for all key hotel operators. Andre favours a hands on approach with extensive practical experience developing design to budget and programme.. Karlyn Cerdena, Associate Director – Regional Partner, Asia A highly acclaimed interior designer with prior experience with Wilson Associates. Carlyn has been involved in the corporate and hospitality projects throughout Asia since 1992. She founded our Bali office in 2005 Martin Wojnowski, Associate Director – Regional Partner, Middle East and Africa Martin worked for 5* hotels prior to his design studies in 1994. He’s been running high end residential and hospitality design and procurement projects in Europe and Middle East since then. Prior to joining ara in 2013 Martin worked for Dubai offices of DWP and LWD.

ara Resources ara Corporate Office team includes the following key personnel: Principal Design Directors: 4 - Trained and experienced in the oversight, design, innovation, and execution of every ara assignment. Senior Design Project Managers: 10 – Who report to Principal Design Directors on a constant and regular basis. The Senior Design Project Managers oversee the execution of each ara assignment from beginning to end. These experienced managers lead of team of designers, CAD operators, and FF&E specifiers. Interior Design Team: 16 – Comprised of an array of creative minds from trained interior designers to lighting designers, set designers, product designers, and other innovators. This eclectic team collaborates and challenges one another to push beyond expected design solutions. CAD Team: 17 – Trained technicians capable of transforming the often challenging ideas of our design team into a workable reality that is documented in a highly detailed manner to eliminate any guess-work in the field. Utilizing the latest technology the team can study three-dimensionally the form and function of any idea, and then precisely document the fabrication procedure to exacting perfection. Procurement Managers: 4 – Who have access to the latest products available from quality suppliers and manufacturers worldwide. Our Procurement Team can arrange identification, tender, logistics, and installation for any size project of any complexity anywhere in the world.
