    OUR PRACTICE WAS CONCEIVED IN JANUARY 2007 BY THREEARCHITECTS WHO STARTED TO MEET AFTER WORK TO DISCUSS

    ABOUT DIFFERENT ISSUES CONCERNING ARCHITECTURE, ART

    AND DESIGN.

    WE HAVE UNDERTAKEN DIFFERENT COMMISSIONS RANGING

    FROM REFURBISHMENT AND EXTENSIONS TO NEW BUILD HOUSES

    AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS FOR WHICH WE HAVE GAINED THE EXPERI-

    ENCE TO DELIVER SUCCESSFULLY PROJECTS.

    BEING A SMALL PRACTICE, WE CAN OFFER TO OUR CLIENTS A PER-

    DEMOUNTABLE PAVILION

    YORKSHIRE - UK

    The Pavilion is a demountable building for Yorkshire Forward topromote, showcase and host events to celebrate the continuing

    Renaissance of Yorkshires great places and to demonstrate the

    Renaissance Commitment to Great Places.

    This proposal aims to provide a modern, functional and attractive

    demountable pavilion which contains a principal event space to

    accommodate 120 spectators seated or 250 standing.

    The temporal structure consists of 82 cardboard columns and a

    network of transversal wind-bracing elements which is entirely

    covered in its length by a semitransparent tensile structure.

    This project is currently under building cost estimation.

    This new mixed-use development involves the extension and re-furbishment of 3 existing buildings in the hearth of the city. Cur-

    rently under-construction this development has been designed by

    our practice and a large team of consultants in order to ensure its

    efciency and environmental performance.

    This development contains:

    - A new boutique hotel.

    - 9 new high residential apartments.- Refurbishment of the existing restaurant.

    UNDER CONSTRUCTION THE WIDEGATE

    LONDON - UK

    This new development has been subdivided into the followingstages:

    STAGE I (2010-2011): Substructure and Foundations works

    for the enlargement of the existing basement.

    STAGE II (August 2011): New superstructure for a new 4

    storeys extension within No.26 Widegate Street.

    STAGE III (October 2011): New Superstructure for a new 3

    storeys extension within Nos. 24-25 Widegate Street.

    STAGE IV (October 2011): External Cladding and Fabrics.

    STAGE V: ( September 2011): Refurbishment of the existing

    5 storeys building.

    STAGE VI (January 2012): Refurbishment of two Grade II

    Listed Buildings.

    STAGE VII (March 2012): Plumbing and Electrical Installa-

    tion and AC system.

    STAGE VIII (May 2012): Fittings and Finishing works.

    In order to ensure the success of this development, our team has

    been collaborating during all the stages of the manufacturing and

    construction process.

    COMPLETED THE BRICK LANE MOSQUE

    Formerly known as The London Jamme Masjid, this mosque islocated in the area of Spitalelds. Built during the 18th century it

    is one of the oldest building in east london which still stands today

    and congregate more than 4,000 people. The entire building is

    Grade II Listed Building and therefore it is of special architectural

    and historic interest.

    Our involvement on this project has been purely concentrated to

    design and supervise the construction of a new structure adjacent

    to the existing building, which will protect the new ablution room.

    COMPLETED THE BRICK LANE MOSQUE

    LONDON - UK

    THE GLASS ROOF STRUCTURE: Our priority on this projectwas to protect and display the existing features (windows, arches,

    walls) of this Grade II Listed Building. We decided to use struc-

    tural triple glazing due its thermal performance and transparency,

    reducing the consumption of articial lighting.

    APPROVED FOR RESTORATION JAUJA SQUARE

    This square was built in 1915 although its origins date to early1565 during the Spanish conquest. The Peruvian government and

    the local authorities have appointed us to undertake the works of

    restoration and enhancement of this square.

    APPROVED FOR RESTORATION JAUJA SQUARE

    JAUJA - PERU

    This project aims to restore and reveal its original layout whichcorrespond to its Hispanic history. The following has been pro-

    posed:

    -Restoration of the central fountain and creation of secondary

    deck jet water features around the fountain.

    -Restoration of the original octagonal pavilion, this will be utilised

    as a public exhibition space.

    -Plantation of native trees.

    -Pedestrianisation of the adjacent roads and new disabled access

    will be incorporated on each junction.

    -Replacement of the existing oor and pavement as well as re-

    placement of the landscape furniture and lighting.

    This private residential development is a small but very ambitiousproject whereby the client had specically requested a suspended

    structure attached to their property in order to relocate their stu-

    dio room.

    In order to ensure the aesthetic of this development we had pro-

    duced more than 20 different schemes prior to any planning con-

    sultation.

    Being a very noticeable proposal we had to establish a very care-fully planning strategy whereby the external fabric approach has

    played an important roll. We believe that the tedious exploration

    of massing, scale and materials has been the key to satisfy the

    requirements of the planning department.

    As a result of the success of this planning proposal our client has

    appointed us to develop a larger residential development.

    DEPLi is new range of bespoke chairs initially commissioned byone of our clients and in a later stage incorporated to our portfolio

    of bespoke furniture.

    This product has been carefully designed by our design team to

    have a lightweight apperance using a durable and strong mate-

    rial.

    Our design team has been commissioned by other clients to de-

    sign similar products.
