4. Conditions for Guarantee: After receiving the first written of the Beneficiary require theGuarantor to perform his obligations, showing that the Principal has failed to perform or

inappropriately perform their obligations under the terms of above mentioned Contract.

The claim and this original Guarantee must be sent to Maritime Bank Hai Phong toabove-mention address and in working time during the validity of the guarantee

5. This guarantee letter is irrevocable and non-transferable, made in an unique origin onlyfor the Beneficiary, valid from 21-03-2013 to 17 o'clock09-04-2013 and comply with theprovisions of Vietnamese laws.
