BFK pan conveyors HEKO pans and buckets

Arrangement of belt cells on single or double-strand chains

The lasered basic and side panels of the HEKO pans and buckets are shaped and closed on large presses and welded together automatically. Smallest possible production tolerances are reached so that all pans are identical and ensure the best running conditions.

The torsional rigid cells are aligned and bolted to the HEKO bushed conveyor chains. Those strands are supplied in lengths of 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 mm.In the standard, the first cell of each strand receives a welded-on holder for fixing the axle of the support rollers. Other versions with bracket and / or rollers with screw axle are possible on request.

Depending on the angle of the pan conveyor, there are 3 types of cells available:

• HEKO deep drawn pans for an angle of up to 30° • HEKO deep drawn pans with baffle plates for angles of up to 45° • HEKO buckets for angles of up to 60°

HEKO standard deep-drawn pans The HEKO standard pans are used in pan conveyors with an angle of up to 30°. As the pressed basic plates and also the side walls are made with the smallest tolerances, which ensures a torsional stiffness even if wide pans are used. The special-shaped side walls make sure that the pans work perfectly together and spillage is avoided.

HEKO deep-drawn pans with baffle plates Depending on the angle of the pan conveyor there are used HEKO baffle plates in the pans. Baffle plates are used in pan conveyors with an inclination of up to 45°. The welded-in baffle plates at every second plate prevent the conveying material from falling back in the conveyor‘s inclined section. They are welded in at each second pan.

HEKO standard buckets Depending on the angle of the pan conveyor there are used HEKO pan conveyor with buckets. An inclination of up to 60% is possible. The buckets have higher side walls and overlap contact-free. Spillage is avoided. Due to the special shape of the basic plate, we reach a high stability of the buckets.
