Regular use of machine coolant is not only better for theenvironment but also for yourwallet. The new coolantcleaning systems from Bohlecan help in this. Costly cleaningof the machine coolant systemis greatly reduced. Further advantages of clean coolant:longer service life of tools andsignificantly improved proces-sing quality of the glass.

Bohle Sedimentors work in two steps: Coarse glass dust is continuously separated fromthe coolant during circulation as a result of an optimal tank design with special features(effective sedimentation). Then fine particles are separated out in batch processes. Aided by optimised sedimentation granules, also finest glass particles are bound in anautomated cycle and almost clear process water is produced.

Sedimentor Technology

Operating principle

During the continuous circulation cycle, approximately 30% of coarse glass particles sink to the bottom of the container as a result of the optimal tankdesign and special inserts. After this so-called effective sedimentation, thesecond step of the purification process follows. During flocculation, the correct amount of sedimentation granules is dosed automatically and addedto the water. Programme-controlled liquid flows help mix water, glass parti-cles and sedimentation granules. Glass particles and sedimentation granulescombine and sink to the bottom of the tank. At the end of the cleaning pro-cess, a valve at the bottom of the tank opens and, aided by water pressure,the accumulated sludge is drained into a filter bag.

The new Bohle SBM sandblasting cabinet, manufactured by the company itself, allows fully automatic sandblasting of designs or surfaces as well as very easy manual surface blasting. In contrast to other systems, the glass remains stationaryand the cabinet moves across the glass. This saves space because no infeed or outfeed is required for the glass. Furthermore, by keeping the glass stationary, the risk of scratching the surface of the glass is virtually eliminated.

Glass Transporting Pliers

Robust transporting pliers for handling all kinds of sheet material. This tool is espe-cially safe and easy to use for single sheet handling applications only. With a hoisting tool, simply lift the glass transportingpliers above the object to be transported. Thanks to its two guiding aids, the transporting pliers can be easily positioned.When placed onto the plate, a mechanism is set in motion which ensures a safe grip simply by the upwards motion of thetransporting pliers. The spare cork liners are supplied as a mat of cork and include special adhesive.

Diamond Saw

The electric edge coating deleter is suitable for Low-E glass. Glass panes with straight orshaped edges can be processed using this tool. The stopper roller guides the machinecomfortably along the glass edge.

This sturdy machine serves for grinding glass, ceramic and similar materials. It is equippedwith a quick belt changing system and suitable for 533 mm long grinding belts.

When drilling is carried out in kitchens or bathrooms, it is not uncommon for tiles to crack, resulting in the need for costly reworking. The new Aqua Drill Plus, developed and manufactured by Bohle, reduces the risk of breakage considerably. The Aqua Drill Plus isdriven by powerful 12-volt batteries and is equipped with a water chuck for diamond coredrills. In combination with special positioning devices, it allows safe and trouble-free drillingeven of difficult materials like stoneware or granite.

DrillingPortable drills are used for numerous applications at construction sites as well as in the workshop. You can find highperformance power drills and accessories at Bohle.

The diamond saw for laminated glass Flex CS 60 WET is suitable for thick glass and laminatedsafety glass of up to 30 mm. The saw facilitates a very clean mitre cut ranging from 0° to 45°.The diamond saw for laminated glass offers powerful 1600 watt and has an integrated PRCDsafety switch.

SawingSafety glass, cast resin glass, and fire protection glass are increasingly installed in all kinds of locations. While multi-layeredglass can only be cut by sawing, laminated glass can alternatively be scored and broken apart. But sawing laminated glassstill has the advantage of avoiding scallops on the edges.

GrindingFor making corrections on site or in the workshop, you cannot do without lightweight, convenient yet powerful electric orpneumatic tools. Both for arrissing edges as well as for processing corner cut-outs and inner radii, you will find the perfectpower tools at Bohle.
