Li u tin gi n tt c ngi c d n ny l ti ko phi nh vn hay l mt
ngi tng tri qua qu nhiu cam go sng gi vi ngnh IT, m n gin ti ch l
mt IT bnh thng nhng nhn c nhng hn ch trong cng vic ca cc IT h

DN VN nm 2012 v s gim st v nhn lc ngnh CNTT ni chung v

Ngnh IT ny n bc lm, lc mnh mi vo ngh do cha

Ti c 2 ngi bn thn: Tun v Phng, chng ti cng hc cp 3
ng Nai. Ti v Tun u hc rt kh cc mn t nhin. Nm mt992, 3
chng ti cng thi vo i hc tng hp (nay l KHTN), ngnh tin hc. Ti v
Tun thi u, Phng thi rt. Khng nn ch, nm sau Phng thi vo i hc
kinh t - khoa k ton.
Ra trng nm 1998, ti lm vic cho mt cng ty lin doanh vi chc
nng IT Officer, mc lng 200USD. Tun lm IT cho mt ngn hng nc
ngoi, lng 2.4 triu. Nm sau Phng ra trng lm k ton vin cho mt
cng ty t nhn Vit Nam, lng 1,2 triu.
Khong 2000-2003, ti chuyn ln lm IT Sup cho mt cng ty nc
ngoi chuyn sn nha, mc lng 330USD. Tun cng sang mt cng ty
thng mi nc ngoi vi mc lng 350USD. Cn Phng lm k ton tng
hp mt cng ty sn xut lng 4 triu.
Khong nm 2004-2007, ti chuyn sang lm IT Manager cho mt cng
ty khc vi mc lng 900USD. Tun cng chuyn cng ty thng mi nc
ngoi vi mc lng 1100USD. Cn Phng lm k ton trng cng ty c,
lng 9 triu.
Cui nm 2007, cng ty ti ng ca ti chuyn sang lm ERP
consultant cho mt cng ty Vit Nam khc vi mc lng 500 US$. Nm 2009
cng ty Tun cng ti cu trc, Tun chuyn v tnh lm cho mt cng ty tin t
nhn hc mc lng 7 triu. Nm 2008, Phng chuyn sang lm k ton trng
mt cng ty tiu dng nc ngoi, mc lng 800 USD$.
Cui nm 2010, cng ty Vit Nam ca ti cng ng ca. T n
nay trong lc tm vic mi, ti trng coi phng mng mt cng ty ngi quen
vi mc lng 3 triu ng / thng, khng c BHXH, BHYT. Cn Tun th do
cng ty lm n thua l, Tun b ngh IT sang lm kinh doanh qun o cng vi
v. Nghe ni hai v chng thu nhp trn di mt0 triu mt thng. Cn Phng
u nm 20mtmt chuyn ln lm gim c ti chnh cng ty hin thi vi
mc lng khim tn mt,400 USD$. C xe hi a i lm ring vi khon

khng n gin v IT t tuyn ngi ln tui (ti gn 40 ri). Cn Phng vn
cha hi lng vi v tr hin thi. Cu y s cn vn cao.

4- Tho lun v tnh trng tuyn vic IT qun tr mng trong 2012:

II- nh hng nng tm IT Vit
Qua vic phn tch v tnh trng nhn lc, ngun o to, v thc trng ca
CNTT VN ni chung, tnh hnh v tuyn dng ca ngnh IT qun tr mng ni
ring ta c th thy c bc tranh kh u m i vi ngnh qun tr mng. Cu hi
