This is a petition for certiorari under Rule 65 of the Rules of Court led by

ISSUE

?. :f hat is assailed is an incident in a criminal case, the proper

remedy is a petition for certiorari under Rule 65, hich should be led ith the

-upreme Court. This as reiterated in other case herein the -C ruled that the

remedy to challen'e the Resolution of the %mbudsman at the conclusion of a

preliminary in$esti'ation as to le a petition for certiorari ith the -C under Rule

65.
