main dishes, soup, and desert

Prepare recipe, cooking methods and photos of one or more assigned dishes

Give different names of the dishes if any

The dishes may serve in different traditional holidays or special occasions.

Post search results on the discussion board at the first week. Identify one or two dishes to be presented to the whole class at the second week

Tools: Discussion board, Wiki, Blog, email, chat

Search for photos, stories related to the food, recipes, cooking methods, and the symbolic meaning of the dishes at the 2-3 weeks

Each group needs to summarize the information and present to the class at the end of the third week
