Digitech was founded in June 2003 with the aim of becoming the leading provider of consumer electronics

and home appliances in Sudan. It also set out to oer the best after sales service in the country. his was all

in response to the economic developments in Sudan and in response to the increasing demand for premium

worlds largest manufacturer of Small Domestic 1ppliances / to be the e"clusive distributor of efal, rups

and owenta in Sudan.

Despite its short history, Digitech has grown into the leading retailer of consumer electronics setting the

benchmar& in after sales service by setting up the Digitech Service 'entre, a state of the art service facility

housing over --0 employees dedicated to servicing our customers needs. Digitechs service networ& has

since e"panded to include service centres in 4ort Sudan, +edani, 1l $adarif, 1tbara, osti, 1l *bied, Dongola

and with plans to open in Juba.

Digitech has also revolutioni)ed the retail concept in Sudan by building a networ& of premium retail outlets

covering $reater hartoum and e"tending upcountry to 4ort Sudan, Dongola, +edani, 1l *beid and 1l

$adarif. (urthermore, Digitech has built up an e"tensive networ& of over 50 e"clusive dealers covering all

regions of Sudan.
