DFS Maritime Services was initially established as DFS Management Sdn
Bhd in 2006. In the year 2009, in order to consolidate with various categories
and to streamline our activities, DFS Maritime Services Sdn Bhd was
formed.
Soon after the formation of DFS Maritime Services Sdn Bhd, we resumed
our services as prime provider of Marine Assessments & Project
Management mainly catering for those in the industry in need of quality,
Marine Survey, Vessel Valuations Ship Building Yards, Oil & Gas
Fabrication Yards, Afloat Repairs, Machinery and Spare Parts sourcing for
the Merchant Marine and the Navies Fleet.
Our Marine Assessments & Project Management covers Marine Consultants & Auditing for ship owners, Hull and Machinery surveyors to selected underwriter’s locally & abroad, various class & types of vessel Pre-Purchase Inspections, Professional & Qualified Vessel Valuation Services to Financial Institutions & Owners, Shipyard Evaluation and Builders All Risk (BAR) inspection. Our services covers the wider East Asia and Asia-Pacific. In the same year 2009, we established partnership with MIZ International
Logistics GMBH, Germany catered for Asean Naval fleets for marine
technology and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS).
Our team of marine professionals comes coupled with the experiences of
both sea and shore base. Our marine team is committed to meet the
individual needs of our clients and is readily available to undertake
assignments near and beyond the local shores at any given time. We have
successfully provided and accomplished delicate tasks within the dedicated
time and budgetary frames.

SIMON HENDRICKS DIAZ
Has been involved in the industry since 1979, he has served
in various sectors of the marine industry. His resume includes
serving as chief engineer on board various class & types of
merchant marine vessels, then duties as technical
superintendent, and technical manager. He has been
employed and been engaged in various Marine Organizations
around South East & Fast East Asia. Accomplishing the years
of experiences, he now holds a directorship in DFS Maritime
Services Sdn Bhd.
