สวัสดีค่ะ มวลมิตรโรแทเรียนที่รัก Dear Fellow Rotarians ,

“ เวลาและวารีไม่เคยคอยใคร ” เป็นคำาพังเพยสำาหรับสอน

เราๆ ว่า อย่าปล่อยให้เวลาผ่านไปโดยที่ไม่ได้ทำาอะไรตามที่ตั้งใจไว้

ท่านละคะ ได้มีการวางแผนในการบริหารเวลาให้มีประสิทธิภาพแล้ว

หรือยัง สโมสรใดยังไม่ได้ทำา ยังพอมีเวลาที่ท่านจะเสียสละเวลา

มาดูแผนงานที่วางไว้ ดำาเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์

ดิฉันได้มีโอกาสเข้าร่วมอบรมสัมมนาครึ่งปี ของนายกสโมสร ผู้ช่วย

ผู้ว่าการภาค และทีมงานภาคปีบริหารนี้ เมื่อวันที่ 28-29 มกราคม

2555 จ.สุราษฎร์ธานี โดยมี ผชภ.ธรานนท์ กิ่งโพธิ์ตัน เป็นโต้โผ และ

สร.ศรีตาปี เป็นผู้ดำาเนินงานจัดงานในภาคกลางคืน

การจัดสัมมนาครั้งนี้ท่าน ผวภ. อรชร สายสีทอง ได้ตั้งใจจัด

เพื่อที่จะช่วยท่านนายกสโมสรทุกท่าน ในปีบริหารนี้ได้ทราบว่าอะไรที่

ท่านได้ทำากิจกรรมแล้ว และอะไรที่ท่านยังไม่ได้ทำา นอกจากนี้ยังได้

แนะนำา ผลงานที่จะได้รับรางวัลอย่างแน่นอนและไม่ยาก คือ รางวัลที่

ก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งท่านจะต้องกรอกลงในใบสอบถามตาม

หัวข้อที่ท่านประธานโรตารีสากลได้กำาหนด รางวัลนี้ส่งให้ท่านภาค

ภายในวันที่ 15 มีนาคม 2555 และรางวัลประกาศเกียรติคุณของ

ท่านประธานโรตารีสากล หรือ Citation ส่งภายในวันที่ 6 เมษายน

2555 ทีมงานภาคได้แนะนำาวิธีการทำางานของแต่ละฝ่าย วิธีที่ท่านจะ

ทำากิจกรรมให้ประสบผลสำาเร็จ และจบด้วยงานเลี้ยงสังสรรค์ฉันท์พี่

น้องของนายกสโมสรรุ่น 107 เป็นที่สนุกสนานและประทับใจมาก น่า

เสียดายที่นายกสโมสรหลายสโมสรไม่ได้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาครั้งนี้

ฉบับนี้ท่านจะได้พบกับ Hilight ของงานสัมมนานายกสโมสร

ครึ่งปีที่สุราษฎร์ธานี ภาระกิจของผู้ว่าการภาค ในงานแถลงข่าว ภาพ

กิจกรรมสโมสรต่างๆ ที่ส่งมาประชาสัมพันธ์อย่างมากมาย ถ้าหากไม่

ได้ลงฉบับนี้ อย่าเพิ่งน้อยใจนะคะ จะลงให้ทุกท่านในฉบับหน้าค่ะ......

พบกันใหม่ เดือนกุมภาพันธ์

“Times and Tides wait for no one” is the phrase that

teaches us not to let the time passes without doing what we

intend to. What about you? Have you planned to manage time

effectively? Any club that hasn’t done so, you still have time to

review the plans you have laid out and finish them within Febru-

ary. I had the chance to attend the mid-year seminar of club

presidents, assistant district governors and district’s committees

of this year on January 28 – 29, 2012 in Suratthani with ADG.

Taranon Kingpotan as the host and the RC of Sritapee hosting

the night event.

This seminar was held with the intention of DG.Orachorn

Saiseethong to help all club presidents of this year to know

which activities you have done and which you haven’t. She also

introduced the activities that are easy to do and can bring the

award which is the “Changes Maker Award”. You have to fill in

the questionnaire according to the subject that the RI President

had stated and submit to the district within March 15, 2012

and the Presidential Citation within April 6, 2012. There were

also pointers on how to do activities of each avenue from the

district’s committees so you will succeed. The event ended

with the party of the presidents of the Class of 107 which was

fun and very impressive. It’s too bad that many club presidents

could not attend this seminar.

In this issue, you will see the highlight of the half-year

seminar for club presidents in Suratthani, the activities of the Dis-

trict Governor, activities from various clubs that sent in so many.

If your photos were not in this issue, don’t fret, we will post them

in the next issue ….. see you again in February.

ผวภ.อรชร สายสีทอง ร่วมแถลงข่าวการจัดงาน Bangkok RI

Convention ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นวันที่ 5-9 พค.2555 ที่ Impact เมืองทอง

ธานี

เมื่อวันที่ 2 กพ.2555 เวลา 13.50-14.50 ที่โรงแรม Cen-

tara Grand at Central World กรุงเทพฯ

จากการที่ประเทศไทย ได้รับการคัดเลือกจากคณะกรรมการ

โรตารีสากล ในความพร้อมที่จะเป็นเจ้าภาพ จัดงานประชุมใหญ่ใน

ครั้งนี้ จากประเทศที่เข้ารอบได้แก่ ออสเตรเลีย มาเลเซีย และไทย

ในปี 2548 กำาหนดให้มีการประชุม ในปี 2555 นั้น คณะรัฐมนตรี

ซึ่งมีกระทรวงการท่องเที่ยวและการกีฬา กรุงเทพมหานคร และ

การบินไทย มีมติสนับสนุนให้มีการจัดงานนี้ ประโยชน์ที่ประเทศไทย

จะได้รับมากมายหลายด้านด้วยกันคือ

1. ด้านการท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งคาดว่าจะมีรายได้เข้าประเทศมากกว่า

30,000 ล้านบาท

2. ด้านมิตรภาพ การแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรม จากประเทศต่างๆ

เช่น การแสดงคอนเสิร์ตระดับโลก นิทรรศการด้านอาหาร อื่นๆ

3. ด้านการช่วยเหลือเพื่อนมนุษย์และเพิ่มคุณภาพให้ดีขึ้น ซึ่ง

จะทำาให้ได้เห็นโครงการต่างๆ มากมายจากโรตารีไปยังชุมชนที่ห่าง

ไกล

4. เป็นการเผยแพร่ชื่อเสียงประเทศไทย ให้ต่างชาติได้ทราบว่า

ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศที่รักสงบ น่าอยู่ ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นเรายังมี 1 ใน

6 ของ Rotary Peace Center ที่ตั้งอยู่ในประเทศไทย ที่จุฬาลงกรณ์

มหาวิทยาลัย

DG.Orachorn Saiseethong participant in a press confer-

ence about the Bangkok RI Convention that will be on between

May 5-9, 2012 at the Impact Arena, Muangthong Thani, on

February 2, 2012 at 13.50 - 14.50 at the Centara Grand at

Central World, Bangkok.

Since Thailand had been chosen from the RI Board

of Directors in the readiness in becoming the host of this RI

convention from the countries that passed the final around like

Australia, Malaysia and Thailand in 2005 and set the Conven-

tion to be in 2012, the Cabinets consisting of the Minister of

Travel and Sport, Bangkok Metropolitan and Thai International

Airlines had agreed to back this event. The benefits that Thai-

land will received are many, such as

1. Tourisn - with the expected imcome of about 30,000

million Baht

2. Friendship - there will be exchanges of cultures from

various countries such as world-class concerts, foodfairs, etc.

3. Help and enhancing humanity - which will see many

projects from Rotary to far away communities

4. Make Thailand’s name know to foreigners - let them

know that Thailand is a peace-loving country, habitable and

more than that, we have 1 of 6 Rotary Peace Center here in

Chulalongkorn University.

จากสโมสรโรตารีสมุทรสาคร เป็นผู้ประสานงานฝ่ายการแสดงในงาน

ประชุมใหญ่ Bangkok RI Convention ของภาค 3330 ดูแลและ

จัดการการแสดงทั้ง main state และ เวที House of Friendship ที่จะ

จัดขึ้นในระหว่างวันที่ 5-8 พค. 2555 สโมสรใดที่ต้องการส่งการแสดง
