Micro film submission deadline: 8 January, 2016 (Friday)

Please submit your micro film of no more than 3 minutes in a disc to the following address (for postal submissions, the date of the stamp chop will be treated as the submission date) along with the following materials:

(1) File of the micro film**(2) Title of the micro film(3) Brief description (within 100 characters)(4) Copy of this enrolment form(5) Copy of the confirmation email sent by the organiser as a proof of successful enrolment, and(6) Questionnaire
