Ejobportal is developed for creating an interactive job vacancy for candidates. This web applicationis to be conceived in its current form as adynamic site-requiring constant updates both

from the seekers as well as the companies. Onthe whole the objective of the project is to enable

jobseekers to place their resumes and companiesto publish their vacancies. It enables jobseekersto post their resume, search for jobs, view

personal job listings. It will provide variouscompanies to place their vacancy profile on thesite and also have an option to search candidateresumes.



About the project:

The actual problem is to create a website for theConsultant, is developed for creating an interactive

job vacancy for candidates. This web application is to

be conceived in its current form as a dynamic site-requiring constant updates both from the seekers aswell as the companies. On the whole the objective of the project is to enable jobseekers to place theirresumes and companies to publish their vacancies. Itenables jobseekers to post their resume, search for

jobs, view personal job listings. It will provide variouscompanies to place their vacancy profile on the siteand also have an option to search candidate resumes.



Definition of the problem:

To create or develop a new system first we have to study the priorsystem, Analysis difficult problems faced by the operator of that system.System Analysis therefore understands such problems and proposes anew system in which the above problems are rectified.

Existing system:

Before creating this website, all jobseekers to send their resumes orinformation through postal mails or they use person to person contactswith each other. It will take long time to send their requirements throughthis type of communications.

Here there May error occurs in the process. The administration faces theproblems to collect all the information from clients and consultants toanalyze the requirement in the corresponding Clients. Administrationhas to send requirements information to different consultants and

jobseekers.



Proposed System:

Here all job seekers send their resumes Or information through our site.It doesnot consume much of time.It is very easier to modify if any error occurs in theprocess.It is also very easier to administrator to collect information from clientsand consultants.

Users of the system:

The users of this system are administrator, clients, job provider and jobseekers.This system is designed such a way that the users can easily interact with thesystem with minimum knowledge to browser the net and company rules.

Module Description:

The proposed system is developed by using four modules: 1. Job Seeker. 2. Job Provider. 3. Administrator.

The selection of hardware is very important in theexistence and proper working of any software. In theselection of hardware, the size and the capacityrequirements are also important.

The job portal can be efficiently run on Pentium systemwith atleast 128MB RAM and Hard disk drive having 20GB.

Floppy disk drive of 1.44MB and 14 inch Samsung colormonitor suits the information system operation.(A Printeris required for hard copy output).

After initial selection further security isneeded to determine the desirability of particular softwarecompared with other candidates. This section first

summarizes the application requirement question andthen suggests more detailed comparisons.

The administrator module having all privilegesabout this entire project, he can update, delete,and modify the details about job seeker, job

provider, client and Job Search details.Administrator maintain the client and jobseeker database, where ever client is releasingtheir requirements( vacancies) with particularprimary skills and experience, on that time

administrator search for job seekers, who arehaving that primary skills and experience.Administrator sends the message for selectedcandidates.



◦ Job Seeker:

This module contains details about JobSeeker, i.e. employee or un-employeedetails. Like employee name, email,address, resume, education details…….

Here employee can do update, modify and

delete. He can update education details andskills details also.

Creating this project has helped me inunderstanding the programming in PHP,

JavaScript, Dreamweaver and MYSQl . Ithelped me in complexities involved in the

development of any commercial applicationand has made me better prepared for futureapplication developments . We thereforeenhance our effort to develop anotherchallenging project.



Limitation is a part of every project. This project alsohas many limitations which is mentioned earlier, toovercome the limitation of this project is the main goalof the future up gradation of this project. Apart fromthat, this project can explore in many way.

Future up gradation possibilities are as follows:

Enhance the searching option Link to the Bank server for actual Purchase. To secure the deletion process. Include many user friendly tools like auto fill

options/Tool tips etc.
