FAR INFRARED FILM HEATING
The f ilm heating produced by KPF is a cutting-edge futuristic f loor-heating
material; electrical conductors (carbon and silver) that have been printed on an
insulating PET f ilm and electrodes (made of copper foil) are coated with
laminated f ilm.
The f ilm of KPF utilizes the electrical resistance for carbon to generate heat
and for the product to produce far-inf rared radiation fan anion, a heating
method that produces far-inf rared radiation, resulting in an ideal heating ef fect
immediately af ter use.
In addition, as the far inf rared rays and anions have an ef fect of
deodorant, bacterial growth inhibition and the promotion of metabolism in a
human body, it is and ideal product to provide a healthy and comfortable
environment.

※ A result from a test in which 700 V of electricity is admitted for 2 minutes- The most dangerous thing in electric floor heating is a damage due to heat collection. (See picture)
- The self-controlling heater is strong to high temperatures, and as PTC carbon is used to reduce the power consumption (current) by 38%, it doesn’t
cause heat collection.
1. Clean the floor. 2. Cut the insulation to a bottom size.
3. Unfold the PTC film heating on the insulation..
4. Use an electric tape to wrap the both ends of the film (from a copper foil to another copper foil.5. Fit s a terminal into the PTC (Surface-type) film.6. Firmly squeeze the terminal that has been inserted into the film with a press.
7. Connect an electric wire to the terminal, have it fixed with a press, and have the PTC film connected in parallel.8. Apply a butyl tape to the front and back side of the terminals for insulation 9. Check that film heating is working by connecting the PTC (Surface-type) film with a temperature controller (4k)
and having electricity passing through the wire. 10. The temperature sensor is attached to a spot of the PTC film where heat is generated.
11. At the finishing job for construction, install a film protection plate. (In reinforced flooring, this job is not required )

PTC CARBON HEATING CABLE
A self-controlling heater having heat generation varying with a
changing temperature,
A smart heating system that emits far infrared rays /anion!!
Unlike conventional heating cables, this product emits heat from semi-conductors containing carbon, not from metal heating wires. It has PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) characteristics.
PTC Characteristics: refers to a kind of natural phenomenon in which heat output is
automatically increased or decreased depending on an ambient temperature.
The PTC heating cable is a self-regulating heater developed by applying the PTC
principle. It has an advantage of minimizing electricity consumption because the heater generates more heat when an ambient temperature is lower, and less heat
when an ambient temperature is higher.In addition, the carbon particles contained in the heating element emit a large amount of far infrared rays to maximize a heating effect.
It is possible to apply heating cables according to the purpose of use, such as for floor heating, frost prevention, and snow melting. It does not generate electromagnetic waves due to infinite heat generation method, and is a semi -permanent product. It is excellent in thermal insulation and heat retention, and can be installed easily during construction as it enables a shortened construction period.
Because it emits far-infrared rays and anion, you can experience the effect of environment-friendly heating.
