¤ 体积小、结构简单、外形美观、具备 6A-630A 规格、操作方便、使用寿命长、2 极、3 极、4

极开关均可提供。

¤ 开关带有机电联锁保护，确保自动转换开关可靠工作，互不干涉。

¤ 开关能带负载自动转换，紧急时可采用手柄进行手动切换。

¤ 与其它公司同类产品相比的特色

控制器保护熔断器分断能力为 50KA，提高了配电安全。

在手动与自动运行方式间加有联锁，保证自动情况下不可手动操作。

执行断路手柄折断、触头粘接或负载故障（过载、短路）时自动罱换开关不切换、真正实现机

电联锁。

MCB 型自动转换开关驱动机构擒纵由叉型改为凹型，解决了 MCB 加工手柄断裂、MCB 闭合不

同步等故障，恢复了 MCB 速合，速断的功能，有效提高了产品机械寿命。

¤ 自投不自复：当常用电源正常时，控制器发出指令，常用

¤ 指令（消防）复位（消防指令切非）：无论自动转换开关

电器处于何种状态，消防中心发出切非指令，使自动转换

开关电器常用电源控制断路器和备用电源控制断路器全部

分闸，开关处于 (0，O) 状态。

¤ 反馈信号反映自动转换开关电器两台控制断路器工作状态

的信号，一般从控制断路器辅助触头取出信号。

¤ 电网一电网：自动转换开关电器电源取自两路电网电源。

¤ 电网一发电机 自动转换开关电器电源取电网电源和发电

机。

¤ 联络形联络型自动转胸开关电器有三台塑壳断路器组成。

其中，QA 和 QB 塑壳断路器分别由两路电源或两段母线

电源供给，QC 塑壳断路器在 QA 和 QB 输出端联络。当

其中任意一路电源出现故障，该断路器分闸，QC 断路器

合闸，通过该断路器联络，从另一路电源供电，当故障消除，

联络断路器分闸，故障电源断路器重新合闸。自动转换开

关电器恢复正常工作。控制器设置（详见说明书）。

¤ 自投自复 当常用电源正常时，控制器发出指令，常用电源控制断路器合，备用电源控制断路器

分，自动转换开关电器处天 (1，0) 当常用电源异常时，控制器发出指令，常用电源控制断路器分，

备用电源控制断路器合，自动转换开关电器处于 (0，1) 当常用电源恢复正常时，控制器发出的

指令，常用电源控制断路器合，备用电源控制断路器分、自动转胸开关电器又处于 (0，1) 状态。

¤ Automatic input and recovery: when the common power supply is normal, the controller

is closed, automatic transfer switch at state(1,0) when the common

power anomalies, the controller issued a directive, the circuit breaker

of common power supply is closed, the circuit breaker of standby

power is open, automatic transfer switch at state (0,1). When the

common power supply back to normal, automatic transfer switch

still at state (0,1), only the circuit breaker of standby power supply is

closed, , automatic transfer switch at state (1,0) again.

¤ Directive (Fire fighting) Reset (fire fighting command cut): automatic

transfer switch no matter in what state, the Fire fighting center issued

directive, automatic transfer switch common power circuit breaker and

standby power circuit breaker both breaking, the switch at state (0, 0).

¤ Feedback signal reflects the automatic transfer switch two signal

control circuit breakers work state, generally from the control circuit

breaker auxiliary contacts to remove the signal.

¤ Grid -grid: automatic transfer switches electrical power from the

two-way grid.

¤ Grid-generator automatic transfer switches electrical grid power and

generator.

¤ Contact type automatic switches composed with three molded case

circuit breakers. QA and QB molded case circuit breakers supplied

by two-way power or two bus bar power supplies, QC molded case

circuit breaker contact the output of QA and QB. Any way power

has failure, the circuit breaker breaking, QC circuit breaker will ON,

connection by this one, power supply from the other way. When the

fault is cleared, the circuit breaker in failed power supply line is re-

closing, QC break. Automatic transfer switch resume the normal

operation. Controller settings (see instructions).

工作原理 Working Principle

当常用电源正常，功能键置于自动档时，备用断路器分、常用断路器合，以保护常用电源接通

负载。当常用电源一相或三相全部电压中断时，ATS 将负载从常用电源转换到备用电源（当备用电

源有正常电压时），并在常用电源恢复至正常时，又将备用电源转换至常用电源。

When the common power supply is normal, function keys on autopilot, backup breaker is closed,

common circuit breakers is closed, to protect the common power connect the load. When the

common power one phase or three-phase voltage interruption, ATS converted load from the

common power supply to the standby power supply (when the standby power supply has normal

voltage), when the common power supply is restored to normal, it re-convert the standby power

supply to the common power supply .

注：根据图示选用合适载面的导线将两个微型断路器的进出线端接好，且进线端的相序必须一致。三极微型断路器加接各自的零线到装置

的中性线 N 端子上，否则 ATS 不能正常工作。

Note: According to the diagram to choose right section cable and joint the circuit breakers input and outlet terminals, keep consistent

phase sequence in input side. The miniature circuit breaker of the three-pole need plus to each of the zero line to the terminal device of

the neutral line N, otherwise the ATS is not working properly.

无论常用电源和备用电源有无电压，均可采用手动操作方式。手动操作时，应将手动一一自动

按钮置于手动位置，当推动手柄顺时针转至终端时，备用电源执行断路器 Qr 分闸，常用电源执行

断路器 Qn 合闸；当推动手柄逆时针转至终端时，备用电源执行断路器 Qr 合闸，常用电源执行断

路器 Qn 分闸：

将手动一自动按钮置于自动位置，如果常用电源供电正常，转换开关将转到常用电源供电，面

板中常用电源指示灯亮，如果常用电源供电不正常，则转换开关将转到备用电源供电，面板中备用

电源指示灯亮。

转换开关设有两只 1A 的熔断器和一只接线端子，熔断器作为自动控制器短路保护用。接线端

子则为指示信号灯接至控制箱面板提供有源电源，其电压为交流 220V，电流为 150mA，其中具体

操作可参考随机附带的说明书线路图进行连接。

Whether common power supply and standby power supply with or without voltage, the manual

when push the handle clockwise to the terminal, the standby power circuit breaker Qr separating

braking, the common power circuit breaker Qn closing; When push the handle counterclockwise

turn to the terminal, the standby power circuit breaker Qr closing, the common power circuit

breaker Qn separating braking.

Take manually-automatic button to automatic position, if the common power supply is normal,

the transfer switch will connect the common power supply, and indicator light panel lighten.

If common power supply is not normal, the transfer switch will connect standby power and

indicator light panel lighten.

Transfer switch has two 1A fuse and a terminal, fuse is for automatic controller short circuit

protection. Wiring terminals connect light to the control box panel provides active power, voltage

AC 220V, current of 150mA, the specific operation can refer to the instructions.

当处于自动控制状态下供电电源发生改变时，电操机构不动作，即小型断路器不能合闸或分闸，

此时应先检查： (1) 电网是否都停电；(2) 接线是否脱落； (3) 产品本身的保险丝是否烧断。如果任

一断路器前端有电，而接线又正确，保险丝也完好，但仍不能合闸或分闸，此时应请专业人员维修

或与制造厂联系解决。

When the power supply change in automatic control state, electrically mechanism does not work,

that means small circuit breaker can not be closed or breaking, you should check following: (1) if

grid power cut; (2) if the wiring is off; (3)Check he fuse of product if it is burnout. If either circuit

breaker front has power, or electric wiring is correct, fuse is good, but still can not switch, it

should be ask the professionals to repair or contact with the manufacturer to resolve.

用户在订货时，应注明装置的型号、规格、所想断路器的型号规格极数。如订自动转换开关电

器，开关型式，自投自复型，额定电流为 50A，四极，即写为 ETKQ3C/CTKQ3C-63A/4P。
