お部屋のデスクまたはテレビ付近に、LAN ケーブルがございます。 LAN ケーブルとパソコンを繋いでください。

A LAN cable is provided in your room, near the desk or the TV. Connect the LAN cable to your computer.

ネットワークの設定をする（Windows の設定）

Setting up the network (Windows)

インターネットを利用するためにはパソコンのネットワークの設定が必要です。

Network settings are necessary to connect your computer to the Internet.

※ネットワークの設定を行う場合は、必ず現在の設定のメモをお取りください。

＊When setting the network, be sure to take notes of the present settings.

◆ Windows 8 / 7 / Vista の設定 Settings for Windows 8 / 7 / Vista ①画面の左下を右クリックしてメニューを表示し、［コントロール パネル］をクリックします。 (Windows 8)

Hover your mouse over the lower left corner of the desktop or Start Screen and then right-click on your mouse. Then select “Control Panel” (Windows 8)

How to connect to the Internet with your computer.

お手持ちのパソコンを LAN ケーブルにつないで、インターネットをご利用頂けます。

LAN 接続が可能なパソコンをお持ちでしたら、OS は問いません。

Connect your computer to the LAN cable to use the Internet.

Any personal computer of a LAN connection type can be used irrespective of the type of OS.

①”スタート”メニューから”コントロールパネル”を選択します。 (Windows 7/Vista)

Select “Control Panel” from the “Start” menu. (Windows 7/Vista)

②”ネットワークの状態とタスクの表示”をクリックします。

Click “View network status and tasks”.

※クラシック表示になっている場合は、”コントロールパネルホーム”をクリックします。

If you are using Classic View, Click “Control Panel Home”.

③”アダプターの設定の変更 (Windows 8/7) ”, ”ネットワーク接続の管理 (Windows Vista) ”をクリックします。 Click on “Change adapter settings (Windows 8/7)” or “Manage network connections (Windows Vista)”.

④”ローカルエリア接続”を右クリックし、”プロパティ”をクリック

します。 Right click on “Local Area Connection”, then select “Properties”.

④-1 ”ユーザーアカウント制御”が表示された場合は、”続行”を

選択してください。 If the “User Account Control” dialog box appears, Click “Continue”.

⑤”インターネットプロトコル バージョン 6（TCP/IPv6）”のチェックを 外します。次に”インターネットプロトコル バージョン 4（TCP/IPv4）”に

チェックが入っていることを確認し、これを選択します。 ”プロパティ”をクリックします。 Uncheck “Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)”.

Select “Internet ProtocolVersion4 (TCP/IPv4)”, then click “Properties”

⑥”全般”タブを選択し、”IP アドレスを自動的に取得する”、”DNS サーバー のアドレスを自動的に取得する”が選択されていることを確認し、”OK” をクリックします。

“ローカルエリア接続のプロパティ”の画面に戻りますので、”OK”をク リックして TCP/IP の設定は完了です。 Select the “General” tab. Check that “Obtain an IP address

automatically”, and “Obtain DNS server address automatically” are both selected. Click “OK”.

◆ Windows XP の設定 Settings for Windows XP

①”スタート”メニューから”コントロールパネル”を選択します。

Select “Control Panel” from the “Start” menu.

②”ネットワークとインターネット接続”をクリックします。(クラシック表示をお使いの場合は③へ進んでください)

Click “Network and Internet Connections”.（If you are using Classic View, skip this step.）

③”ネットワーク接続”をクリックします。 Click “Network Connections”.

（クラシック表示の場合）

④”ローカルエリア接続”アイコンを選択し、 右クリックメニューから”プロパティ”を選択します。 Right click on “Local Area Connection”, then select “Properties”.

⑤”全般”タブを選択し、”インターネットプロトコル（TCP/IP）”の チェックが入っていることを確認し、これを選択します。

”プロパティ”をクリックします。 Select the “General” tab. Select “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)”, then click “Properties”.

⑥”全般”タブを選択し、”IP アドレスを自動的に取得する”、”DNS サーバー のアドレスを自動的に取得する”が選択されていることを確認し、”OK”

をクリックします。 “ローカルエリア接続のプロパティ”の画面に戻りますので、”OK”をク リックして TCP/IP の設定は完了です。

インターネットを利用するためには Mac のネットワークの設定が必要です。

Network settings are necessary to connect your Mac to the Internet.

※ネットワークの設定を行う場合は、必ず現在の設定のメモをお取りください。

◆ Mac OS X の設定 Settings for Mac OS X ①”アップルメニュー”から”システム環境設定”を選択します。 ④”表示”の”内蔵 Ethernet”を選択します。

Select “System Preferences” from the "Apple menu” Select “Built-in Ethernet”. ②”ネットワーク”を選択します。

Select “Network”. ⑤表示された”ネットワーク”の画面から”TCP/IP”を選択して、下記の

ように設定します。”今すぐ適用”をクリックし、ネットワーク設定を 完了します。 Select “TCP/IP” and setting up as follows, then click “Apply Now”

”DHCP サーバを参照”を選択する Set the “Configure IPv4” menu to “Using DHCP”

③”ネットワーク環境”の”新しいネットワーク環境” を選択します。

Q1. 普段使用しているメールの送受信ができません。

I cannot send or receive e-mail from my account.

A1-1. ご使用のメールアドレスはお客様の会社の社内 LAN 内か、PHS などでのダイヤルアップ接続時に

しか送受信のできないメールアカウントの可能性があります。ご確認ください。

The e-mail address in use is likely to permit transmission and reception only within your company's

LAN or through dial-up connection through PHS. Please check.

A1-2. 個人契約のプロバイダのメールアドレスをご使用の場合は、ご契約中のプロバイダ以外のネットワ

ークからでもメールの送受信ができるかどうかをお確かめください。

When you are using your provider's e-mail address under private contract, check to see if e-mail

sending/receiving is possible also through networks of other providers.

Q2. LAN ケーブルをつなぎ換えて複数台のパソコンを使用したところ、インターネットに接続できなくな

りました。

When a different computer is connected to the LAN cable, it cannot connect to the Internet.

A2. パソコンを切り替える際にモデムのリセットが必要です。モデムの AC アダプタまたはコンセントを抜

いて 5 秒ほど待ち、再度入れてください。

When changing to another computer, it is necessary to reset the modem. Pull out the AC/DC adaptor or

the outlet of the modem, wait for about 5 seconds, and put it back again.
