Flanged Dilution Probe
The Envent Flanged Dilution Probe eliminatesproblems associated
with sampling high H2Sconcentrations in wet, dirty gas at low
pressure.

The ProblemSampling from low pressure process lines canpose
problems when conventional samplingtechniques are used. Sample
pumps requirefrequent maintenance, coalescing filters mayremove H2S
as well as contaminants andrequired maintenance can create
unsafe
working conditions when high H2Sconcentrations are analyzed.
Process upsetscan contaminate the analyzer requiringmaintenance and
contributing to analyzerdowntime.
The SolutionThe Envent Flanged dilutor allows percent levelH2S
to be safely measured at low or nopressure. The probe completely
isolates theanalyzer from process contaminants. Noregular
maintenance is required.
The process H2S permeates across amembrane at a controlled rate.
The permeablemembrane material is selected to be resistantto
process contaminants found in natural gasand produced gas. The H2S
is picked up by thecarrier gas and only the clean dry carrier
istransported to the analyzer.
