    I. Gi i thi u IC 556:Ic 556 l mt loi phin bn kp ca ic 555 , v vy gii thch nguyn l hot

    1.Din p ra m c th p :Vi Vcc= 15V .in p Vo chnh l Vce2 khi T2 bo ha .

    I L = 10mA => Vo = 0,1V

    I L = 50mA => Vo = 0,4V I L = 100mA => Vo = 2V I L = 200mA => Vo = 2,5V

    2.Din p ra m c cao :Vi Vcc = 15V. in p Vo = Vcc Vce2 khi t1 bo ha .
