DESCRIPTION

EPA response regarding verbal com discussing the false information provided to EPA with respect to archeological findings and CH coastal waters.....EPA local indicated that the key statement in those NOIs was "in the area" and indicated both NMFS and SHPO authorized those constructions. We requested the documents but the Sec 7 confusion from landslide was sent.

I think there's a misunderstanding here.

What I requested if you will look back to today's earlier email was the SHPO and NMFScompliance paperwork you told me existed for the Paseo Lineal project when I expressedconcerns about AFI and Omega indicating that there were no historic artifacts or listedspecies or critical habitat listed for this project moving in one mile of officially delineatedmaritime zone along this coast.

Your previous report indicated that you concurred that AFI and Omega did in fact submitfalse information but in the phone call you said it was not a concern of SHPO and NMFSresponse in the record.  Meanwhile NMFS is saying they know nothing about the PaseoLineal project.

Im sorry to ask for paperwork when I believe the priority now should be STOPPING the threetrackscavators, destroying the PreColumbian burrial grounds, STOPPING the pumpdischarging storm water onto the beach with the CH listed waters and listed corals.

Please see the attached for documentation of archeological concerns at this criticalarcheological site.
