SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AS IT ESTABLISHES YOUR
LEGAL RIGHTS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES WITH REGARD TO THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT
This product is a software program developed by Critical
Tools, Inc. It is licensed only for use inaccordance with
this license agreement; actual ownership remains at all times with
Critical Tools, Inc.Distribution and use of this product is
governed by the copyright laws of the United States of
America.Violations of this agreement are punishable under those
laws.
DEFINITIONS
1. ou and our refer to any person or entity that ac!uires
or uses this pac"age.
2. #ac"age means the software$ user%s manual&s'$ and other
items accompanying thisagreement.
3. Software means the computer program contained in this
pac"age$ together will all codes$techni!ues$ software tools$
formats$ designs$ concepts$ methods$ and ideas associated with
thatcomputer program. The term also includes all copies of any part
of the software$ as well as themanual&s' and other printed
materials contained in this pac"age.
PERMITTED USESCritical Tools, Inc. grants you a non(e)clusive
license to use the software in this pac"age according tothe terms
set forth below. ou may*
1. Install this software onto the hard dis" drive of one
computer as e)plained in thedocumentation.
2. +oad the software into your computer%s memory for the purpose
of operating the software.
3. ,a"e one bac"up copy of the software$ which automatically
becomes the property of CriticalTools, Inc. and is sub-ect to
this agreement.
4. Transfer the software product and its license to
another party /+ if the other party agrees toaccept the terms of
this agreement. If you transfer the software product$ your license
is automaticallyterminated and you must identify the other party to
Critical Tools, Inc. in writing$ destroy alluntransferred
copies$ and transfer all remaining copies to the other party.
PROHIBITED USES ou may not*
1. Attempt to circumvent any copy protection$ limited
capabilities$ or limited networ" access thatthis software may
include.
2. 0opy any portion of the software$ e)cept to ma"e a bac"up
copy$ as described above under#ermitted Uses.
3. 1ent$ lease$ lend$ sub(license$ alter$ decompile$
disassemble$ or reverse engineer this softwareor any related
materials.
4. 1emove$ obscure$ or alter any notice of the patent$
copyright$ or other proprietary rightsrelated to the software. The
software involves valuable proprietary rights of Critical Tools,
Inc.
There is no transfer to you of any title to or ownership
of the software or any patent$ copyright$ tradesecret$ trade name$
trademar"$ or other proprietary rights related to the software$
regardless of theform that original or other copies e)ist in. ou
may not violate these rights$ and you must ta"eappropriate steps to
protect Critical Tools, Inc.% rights. Critical Tools, Inc.
may at any timereplace$ modify$ alter$ improve$ or otherwise change
the software.
(Term and Termination This agreement is in e2ect from the
day you purchase this software licenseuntil termination. ou may
terminate it by returning the software and related materials to
CriticalTools, Inc. If you breach this agreement$ Critical
Tools, Inc. can terminate this license by notifyingyou in
writing$ at which time you will be re!uired to return the software
and related materials.
(!arranties Critical Tools, Inc. does not warrant
that the software is free from all bugs$ errors$ andomissions.

agreement between you and Critical Tools,Inc. with respect to
this software product. If any provision of this agreement is for
any reasonunenforceable$ in no way shall it a2ect the
enforceability of the remainder of this agreement. Anywritten or
oral information or advice given by Critical Tools,
Inc. dealers$ distributors$ agents$ or
employees will in no way increase the scope of this warranty.

liable for lost prots$ lost savings or anyconse!uential or
incidental damages or penalties su2ered by the other party$ its

liability for any damages to you or any other person ever e)ceed
the fee paid for the right to usethis software product$ regardless
of any form of the claim.
