Building form inspired from historic Omani fort’s tower morphologies; fused into the unorthodox patterns of linear fractal formations creating an engaging seemless theme.

Inclusion of Green shelves to mitigate ambeint Solar radiation gain on the buildings facade, filetring natural ventilation & adding a phsycological value to the builings tenenants amidst a metropolitan environment.

Elevations linear formations mimic Historic Omani forts’ tower morphologies.Fenestration staggered formations & scaling also mimic that of Historic forts seamlessly within the proposed theme.
