sharepoint migration initiative across HPE, there were issues post-migration relating to a Room Booking facility sharepoint for Peterlee Campus. After attending several calls along with other people who were also having issues, albeit not the same as those for our sharepoint, Chandrika worked through the issues with various individuals to rectify and implement fixes where able. I cannot thank Chandrika enough for her patience, guidance and collaboration without which our issues would still be outstanding. Whilst I admit to not being a 'sharepoint' expert, Chandrika fully understood what needed to be done and how. Her sharepoint knowledge is second to none and must not go unnoticed as she not only solved my issue - she is doing this on a daily basis across HPE. Thank you Chandrika - I really do think that this initiative would not be as successful without you. This recognition is so well deserved.

You are refining how you interact with the owners to ensure they are taken care of but at same time pushing them to migrate vs try and take the easy way out and just reject migrations.
