The -ncident 0riefing (-+# 123) provides the -ncident +ommander (and the +ommand and 4eneral #taffs) withasic information regarding the incident situation and the resources allocated to the incident& -n addition to a riefingdocument, the -+# 123 also serves as an initial action worksheet& -t serves as a permanent record of the initial responseto the incident&

    re#arati'n. The riefing form is prepared $ the -ncident +ommander for presentation to the incoming -ncident

    +ommander along with a more detailed oral riefing&
