الملخصفـي " الهنـدرة " إعادة هندسة العمليات اإلدارية التعرف على إلى لدراسة ا هذهتهدف

المصارف بمحافظات غزة وذلك من خالل التعرف علي مدى تأثير وعالقة بعـض العوامـل المؤثرة بالهندرة ومن هذه العوامل إعادة بناء الهياكل التنظيمية، قدرات التكنولوجيـا العاليـة،

. التغير في توقعات العمالء، تحسين معايير الجودة الشاملةصحة وفاعلية العمليات المصرفية،ويتمثل مجتمع عينة الدراسة من المدراء العامون والمدراء ورؤساء األقسام بالمصارف العاملة في محافظات غزة ، و قد تم اختيار المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واالعتماد على االسـتبانة

. %93 منها أى ما نسبته 140انة وتم استرداد استب150لجمع البيانات حيث تم توزيع :وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي

Abstract This study aims to recognize business processes re-engineering at the

banks of the Gaza Strip through the recognition of the range of effect and interrelation of some of the effective factors on the business process re-engineering, such as the reconstruction of organizational structures, the capabilities of high technology, the accuracy and effectiveness of banking operations, the variation of clients' expectations and the improvement of the total quality criteria.

The study sample includes general managers, chairmen, division

chiefs of banks of the Gaza Strip. The researched selected the descriptive analytical method, and relied on the questionnaire in collecting data, where 150 questionnaires were distributed, and 140 of them were filled in, forming %93.

The most important group of results the study reached, are as

follows: There is a statistical relation between the efficient business process

re-engineering and the factors, the reconstruction of organizational structures, the capabilities of high technology, the accuracy and effectiveness of banking operations, the variation of clients' expectations and the improvement of the total quality criteria.

The most important recommendations the study reached, are as

follows:

1. Preparing the organizational structure should be based on the tendency of the administrative and banking operation, and that should appear clearly in the organizational structure of the bank.

2. Making group decisions by sharing and conferring the high administrations with employees, and this contributes in motivating employees to care about executing and supporting these decisions.

3. Focusing on the hierarchy of the activities of banking operation over the administrative hierarchy while preparing the organizational structure.

4. Paying attention to the evaluation of the accuracy and the effectiveness of banking operations through the range and number of achieved operations.
