Étiologies
Rhabdomyolyse:Rhabdomyolyse: ÉtiologiesÉtiologiesCauses traumatiques:
- crush syndrome- choc direct- brûlures, électrisation, coup de foudre
Causes non traumatiques:- exercice musculaires intenses: marathon, delirium tremens, crise comitiale…- compressions musculaires: coma, immobilisations prolongées [1]…- ischémie musculaire: occlusion artérielle aiguë, état de choc, hypovolémie…- syndromes infectieux- toxiques: héroïne, cocaïne, alcool…- médicaments: statines…- désordres métaboliques: hypokaliémie, hypophosphatémie…- hyperthermie maligne: peranesthésique, syndrome malin des neuroleptiques,
coup de chaleur…- polymyosites et dermatomyosites- enzymopathies héréditaires
