General Overview

This Temporary Revision 2015-3 (TR) to the IOSA Program Manual (IPM) Edition 6 addresses

changes to:

the IOSA Audit Report (IAR) access procedures for Regulatory Authorities (IPM 9.9.6), and

Regulatory Authorities access to IAR(s) upon authorization by the Operator that owns the IAR(s) (IPM 9.9.6)

Effective Dates of the Added Provisions:

The effectivity of this IPM TR 2015-3 commences for all IAR requests received on or after

Wednesday, 18 February 2015.

An IAR request can be submitted by completing the IAR form (available on www.iata.org/iosa)

and returning it to iarrequest@iata.org.

IPM Edition 6 Section 9.9.6

9.9.6 IATA shall have a process to provide IAR access to Regulatory Authorities. The process shall

ensure IATA provides access to the IAR(s) to the requestor subject to:

(i) specification of the reason for the request by the requestor; (ii) authorization from the Operator that owns the IAR(s).
