Marketing MCVP TM

1- MCP is responsible for Finance and Legal Management in the MC (it might require naNST structure for it)

2- MCVP BD is responsible for BD sales but it’s also responsible as it’s focus for ICX GIPsales

3- The ICX GIP delivery is made by the MCVP ICX as the LC already has the knowledgeand structure for it

4- The MCVP OGX is focused on OGX GCDP and he takes care of OGX GIP delivery

5- The MCVP OGX is also the Expansions Coordinator as the Expansions are onlymanaging OGX GCDP product

6- The MCVP TM position, by the end of the term might require OD work as the entity isplanning to have 3 LCs.

The general responsibilities of na MC member describe the activities which arerelated to the overall development of the organization, management of resources atnational level, representation of the organization internally and externally and have adirect contribution to the local committee(s) development.

Flexibility

Although we are presenting this structure, be aware that the structure might changedepending on the applicants and the performance of the MC 14.15 specially until theend of the next quarter..

Language

It’s required that you speak english, for operations roles. Most of AIESEC in Paraguayactivities are made in Spanish, if you don’t speak Spanish you need to be willing tolearn it.

Maturity & Values

There is a big expectation that you take this process as a serious and importantematter for AIESEC in Paraguay. It’s also expected that you keep you core valuesconsistent and take them consistente with your personality.
