    Keema Mushroom

    Ingredients

    Serves:4

    1 tablespoon butter

    2 small onions - diced

    450g keema

    4 tsp of marmite

    250g mushrooms, cleaned and sliced

    1 teaspoon paprika

    2 buillion cubes

    2 tablespoons of gravy granules

    250ml water, or as needed

    Directions

    Prep:15min Cook:25min Ready in:40min

    1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat !dd the onions, and fry untilsoft

    2. "tir in the keema# cook until evenly browned

    3. $ush all of the beef and onion out to the sides, leaving a pool of butter inthe centre "tir the marmite into the butter, and mi% until well blendedMi% with mince and onions

    4. "tir in the paprika, and cubes &he mi%ture will start to become sticky andbind together !dd the water and gravy mi% 't will be sticky at (rst )uststir and bring to a simmer, and it is ready to serve
