Why buy here?1. Distance from Mumbai & Pune: Four hours drive time is suitable for holiday makers & tourists
from both the cities. However for the frequent personal use of private buyers, the travel time is set to reduce from Mumbai as the Panvel-Indapur Road Project is nearing completion (see here). Also, the Mumbai-Goa coastal highway is proposed as a major highway on the lines of the Las Vegas-San Francisco Pacific Coast Highway (see here).
• Note: Until the year2001, it took 6 hours to travel from Mumbai to Pune, but now travel time has reduced to a mere 2-3 hours because Pune Expressway was comissioned. We expect that the travel time from Mumbai to Kings Village will reduce dramatically in a few months
2. Affordable Price: A 2 bhk house on a 3,000 sq. ft. plot costs between 50 L- 3 Cr in Karjat, Pali, Lonavala or Alibaug (these places are 2-3 hours drive from Mumbai).
