 Giáo trình kt hut xung 1 CHƯƠNG V: DAO ĐỘNG DA HÀI  ( Multivibrator) Trong chương này ta skho sát các dng mch to xung, gi chung là dao động đa hài, như mch  bistable, Schmitt trigger , monostable, astable dùng BJT, opamp ,vi mch định thi 555 v à vi mch s. 5.1: Dao động đa hài BJT : 5.1.1: Mch hai trng thái bn (bistable): Hình 5.1 là mch bistable ghép C-B.Mch chia thành hai vế ging nhau, 2 1 Q Q  cùng mã s, Rc phân cc C và là đin trti; 1  R  to vòng hi tiếp tái sinh ghép tcc C BJT này sang cc B BJT kia;  B C  trút nhanh làm tăng tc độ đáp ng; 2  R  rdòng  B  I  và dn phân cc Q o ff tngun  BB V ( có thni masse tha y cho ngun -  BB V ).  Hot động: Khi mi cp ngun cho mch, dù 2 BJT hoàn toàn ging nhau, nhưng scó mt BJT dn trước, 1 BJT Hình 5.1: Mch bistable ghép C.B dn sau.Ta gis1 Q  dn trước, dòng 1 C  I tăng làm 1 C V gim,qua  B C  R // 1 làm 2  B V  gim, dn đến 2 Q  dn yếu. 2 Q  dn yếu làm I C2  gim nên V C2  tăng,hi tiếp tái sinh qua R 1 //C B  làm V B1  tăng,Q 1  dn mnh ..Quá trình cthế tiếp tc làm 1 Q  bão hòa 2 Q tt. 1 Q  bão hòa : V V V CES CE 0 1    2 Q  off: CC CE  V V   2  Đây là mt trng thái bn ca mch luôn givng như vy cho đế n khi có tác động mi. Bây gimun đổi trng thái ca mch,ta cho mt xung kích vào cc B Q 1  hay cc B Q 2 .Gista mun kích xung vào cc B Q 2 ,do Q 2  đang off,nên phi kích xung dương vào cc B Q 2  để chuyn Q 2  sang on.Khi có xung dương kích vào B Q 2  đảm bo sao cho V BE2 Vγ,Q 2  bt đầu dn,I C2  tăng làm V C1  gim và hi tiếp tái sinh qua R 1 // C B  làm V B2  tăng,Q 2  dn càng mnh…Quá trình cthế tiếp tc làm Q 2  bão hòa,Q 1  off. 2 Q  bão hòa : V V V CES CE 0 2    1 Q  off: CC CE  V V   1  Đây là trng thái bn thhai luôn luôn givng nhưng vy cho đến khi có tác động mi.  Như vy mch luôn luôn mt trng thái bn 1BJT bão hòa, 1BJ T off cho đến khi có xung kích và o làm mch chuyn sang trng thái bn thhai BJT ttt sang bão hòa và BJT tbão hòa sang tt. Ta thy chcn đưa xung kích ban đầu vào mch để chuyn trng thái dn ca 1 BJT, không cn duy trì xung kích, mch stchuyn trng thái nhvào các vòng hi tiếp tái sinh ghép gia C-B các BJT. Ví d5.1: Cho mch bistable như hình 5.1:  K  R V V V V C  BB CC 2 , 2 , 12 , 12   ,  K  R 15 1   , ) ( , 100 1 1 2  si Q Q  K  R   . 20   Chng minh 1 BJT bão hòa và BJT kia tt. Tính các giá trdòng đin , đ in áp xác lp trên các nhánh ca mch.
