Description

Magyar Telekom is the largest telecommunications service provider in Hungary. The company offers a wide range of fixed-line telephony, data transmission, value-added

systems integration and IT services, furthermore the company is Hungarys leading mobile telecommunications and Internet provider. Magyar Telekom was founded in 1991

(under the name of Matv), and it was privatised in 1993. The shares of the company are listed in the Budapest and New York Stock Exchange. The company operates under

the name of Magyar Telekom since 2006.
