1.1 S RA I V PHT TRIN CA VoIPNm 1995 hng Vocaltec thc hin truyn thoi qua Internet. Dch v fax qua IPNu bn gi nhiu fax t PC, c bit l gi ra nc ngoi th vic s dng dch v fax qua Internet s gip bn tit kim c tin, cn nh khai thc th tit kim c knh thoi. Dch v ny s chuyn bn fax trc tip t PC ca bn qua kt ni Internet thay vi qua mang PSTN. Dich vu tinh cc cho thu bao bi goiThoai qua Internet giup cac nha khai thac co kha nng cung cp dich vu tinh cc cho thu bao bi goi i vi khach hang nc ngoai cung nh khach hang trong nc. 1.4 CC M HNH TRIN KHAI DCH V VOIPHin nay, vic trin khai cc dch v VoIP khng cn l thch thc kh khn nh nhng nm trc. VoIP c th c thc hin trn c s mng phng, gm cc my ch, thit b nh tuyn, my tnh c nhn hay in thoi IP; hoc trn c s mng phn cp, bao gm cc chuyn mch PSTN, my ch iu khin, Gateway, h thng bo hiu, in thoi IP/POTS/PC. Phn ny gii thiu cc m hnh trin khai VoIP, bao gm c kt ni vi mng PSTN v mng truyn thng my tnh, cc kch bn cung cp dch v VoIP cho khch hng c nhn v doanh nghip. VoIP cho khch hng l ngi dng u cuiTrong mng truyn thng PSTN, cc thnh phn mng c t chc theo m hnh phn cp. Vic ci t VoIP khng hp l s ph hy ton b h thng chuyn mch sn c. Do vy, cn phi ngh n gii php phn tn cc chc nng kim sot cuc gi, dch v v truyn thng tin. Nhng dch v lu trong cc tng i c th c chuyn sang nhng my ch v s c cung cp ti ngi s dng vi gi r.Hnh 1.1 m t s thc hin truyn thoi qua mng IP i vi dch v ng di trong nc. Ti y, truy nhp mng t thit b u cui vn c cung cp bi cc tng i kt ni vi thu bao, nhng s truyn tn hiu thoi c gii quyt bi mng IP. Cu trc ny yu cu cc cng VoIP (Gateway) bin i khun dng tn hiu TDM thnh cc gi tin IP ti u vo v ngc li u ra.

Mt khc, cc doanh nghip vn phi trang b tng i PBX cho cc dch v thoi truyn thng, v h s dng kt ni vt l T1/E1 n cc nh cung cp dch v PSTN. Nh vy, trong mi doanh nghip tn ti hai h thng mng ring bit, kt ni vi hai nh cung cp dch v khc nhau. M hnh phn chia thnh mng thoi v mng s liu ring c ch ra trn hnh 1.2. i vi m hnh ny cn s dng hai hnh thc qun tr mng khc nhau. ng thi, mi cng vic lin quan n ng k s dng dch v hay thanh ton chi ph kt ni cng cn thc hin ring nn gy nhiu bt tin cho doanh nghip.

Chng ny gii thiu nhng nt khi qut v s ra i v pht trin ca cng ngh VoIP, cc u nhc im ca VoIP so vi in thoi truyn thng, cc loi hnh dch v VoIP cng nh l cc m hnh trin khai dch v VoIP cho khch hng u cui v doanh nghip. C th ni, cuc cch mng v truyn thng, my tnh v Internet thay i cch sng v lm vic ca con ngi. Cng ngh VoIP ang dn chim lnh th trng v thm nhp vo mi ni, t khu vc gia nh, cc vn phng nh cho n cc cng ty ln a quc gia. Rt nhiu t chc quc t ang tch cc lm vic tin ti vic chun ha cc giao din, giao thc v cng ngh nhm h tr cho vic trin khai rng ri VoIP. V d v cc t chc ny nh din n chuyn mch mm quc t ISC, cc nhm SIGTRAN, PINT, SPIRITS trong IETF, SG11 trong ITU-T, ... Nhiu website cng cp nhp thng xuyn cc thng tin mi nht v s pht trin ca in thoi IP nh trang web ca IP-Tel (www.iptel.org).

CHNG 2CC GIAO THC S DNG TRONG VoIP

Trong chng trc trnh by v cc k thut h tr cho VoIP. Ni dung ca chng ny s gii thiu v cc giao thc s dng trong mng VoIP. Khi qut v mt s giao thc c bn, vi cch tip cn l tp trung vo nhng kha cnh lin quan n vn h tr thc thi VoIP trn mng.Ni dung chng bao gm: Tng quan v cc giao thc h tr truyn thoi qua mng IP. H thng VoIP da trn H.323. H thng VoIP da trn SIP. H thng VoIP s dng bo hiu lai ghp. ENUM v vn nh s trong VoIP.

Chun IETF v IPv4 c m t trong RFC 791. IP h tr c hai phng thc truyn dn gi tin cy v khng tin cy. Mc d IPv4 l phin bn c s dng rng ri trn ton th gii, IETF pht trin phin bn tip theo l IPv6 (RFC 1883). Ngi ta mong i IPv6 s gii quyt tt hn vn bo mt, nhn thc cng nh l khc phc c gii hn khng gian a ch ca IPv4. Nhm giao thc th hai l cc giao thc lp vn chuyn TCP v UDP. TCP (RFC 793) s dng c ch ca s iu khin lung v c ch bo nhn t c tnh tin cy cho vic truyn tin. UDP (RFC 768) l giao thc vn chuyn khng tin cy. Khng c c ch phn hi cho vic truyn tin trong UDP.TCP c th s dng cho bo hiu, tha thun tham s, thit lp ng truyn, iu khin kt ni thi gian thc nh VoIP. V d, cc giao thc H.225, H.245 ca ITU-T v DNS ca IETF s dng TCP lm giao thc vn chuyn. UDP c th thch hp cho vic truyn lu lng t cc ngun to thng tin thi gian thc. V d, H.225, DNS, RTP v RTCP u c th s dng UDP lm giao thc vn chuyn.Nhm th ba l cc giao thc h tr vic truyn ti cc gi tin theo thi gian thc RTP/RTCP. Chun H.323 ca ITU-T s dng RTP cho truyn phng tin hoc lu lng mang t pha gi n pha nghe v ngc li trn mt kt ni. RTP l giao thc tng ng dng cho lin lc t u cui n u cui v khng m bo v QoS truyn dn. Giao thc RTCP c th s dng cng vi RTP ch nh ngi dng trong mt phin giao dch. RTCP cng cho php cc bo co (report) ca u thu, u gi v m t ngun c gi trong cng mt gi. Bo co pha u thu cha thng tin v cht lng thng tin nhn c pha u gi c th thay i mt cch thch ng tc truyn dn hay s m ha trong sut phin giao dch. iu ny cho php gim c xc sut nghn lu lng lp phin trong mng.Nhm th t l cc giao thc v chun h tr cho vic iu khin v bo hiu VoIP. Cc giao thc bo hiu v iu khin chnh s dng trong mng VoIP l H.323, SIP, SIGTRAN, MGCP, H.248/Megaco, BICC, ... Cc giao thc ny c hai t chc khc nhau xy dng v pht trin l IETF v ITU-T. C th phn chng thnh hai loi l: giao thc ngang cp (H.323, SIP) v giao thc ch/t (MGCP, H.248/Megaco). Tng giao thc c vai tr khc nhau trong vic thit lp kt ni, chng cng c nhng th mnh v im yu khc nhau.Cc giao thc thuc nhm th nht, th hai v th ba l nhng giao thc rt c bn, c trnh by nhiu trong cc ti liu v mng IP v Internet. Phin bn u tin ca giao thc iu khin truyn thng v bo hiu trong VoIP nh H.225/H.245 c nh ngha trong b giao thc H.323 ca ITU-T vo nm 1996. Cc giao thc ny c s dng cho dch v VoIP thi gian thc trn mng LAN, v c nhng thnh phn h tr lin kt vi mng PSTN (nh l h tr bn tin ISUP cho iu khin cuc gi). C nhiu hot ng tch cc trong lnh vc mng h tr cc dch v VoIP trong mng LAN hoc trong cc doanh nghip cung cp truyn thng VoIP ng di hay quc t. Tuy nhin, cc nh cung cp dch v nhn thy c hai vn hn ch vi phin bn 1 ca giao thc H.323, l: Nhiu dch v v c im cuc gi tin tin trong mng PSTN khng c trin khai d dng khi s dng H.323v1 v giao thc ny thiu tnh m; Vic trin khai rng ri s khng kh thi v hiu qu v kinh t v giao thc ny cn cc proxy y trng thi (state full proxy).Nhng vn ny l ng lc ITU-T pht hnh phin bn 2 ca H.323 vo nm 1998. Thit lp cuc gi trong H.323v2 nhanh v n gin hn, s dng UDP thay v nhiu phin TCP cho mt cuc gi. Nhiu c im quan trng trong H.323 phin bn 1 l khng bt buc i vi phin bn 2. H.323v2 c nh gi v nhn c s h tr ca nhiu nh sn xut. n nm 1999, IETF a ra phin bn u tin ca giao thc SIP cho iu khin cuc gi, to dch v v qun l trong VoIP. SIP c cu trc gn ging HTTP, h tr proxy phi trng thi v cho php truyn d liu trng thi cuc gi qua nhiu proxy. iu ny khin cho vic trin khai rng ri VoIP mang tnh kh thi hn so vi H.323.Qu trnh pht trin vn tip tc, ITU-T thng bo v phin bn H.323v3 nh l s thay i nh ca H.323v2 v chng nhn H.323v4 vo nm 2000. Ngoi ra, cn c phin bn H.323v5 ang trong qu trnh hon thin. IETF cng nghin cu m rng c im nh tuyn cuc gi, bo mt, to dch v trong giao thc SIP. Cng trong cng thi gian, cp n nhng hot ng lin quan n H.323v2 v SIPv2, cc nh nghin cu ti Cisco, Level 3 Communication v Telcordia pht trin kin trc iu khin cuc gi/phng tin cho mng NGN, h tr c in thoi IP v s tin ha t PSTN theo hng x l cuc gi phn tn. Kin trc ny tch bit phn vt l ca iu khin cuc gi thng minh (vn thuc v MGC) ra khi MG. H cng khuyn ngh s dng giao thc MGCP (l s kt hp ca SGCP v IPDC). MGCP h tr s tin ha PSTN bng vic cho php lin kt vi cc thit b (in thoi POTS tng t hay s) v mng chuyn mch knh thng qua nhng im cui xc nh trc. cung cp hot ng lin mng ca qu trnh iu khin dch v v cuc gi gia mng PSTN v mng NGN, MGC cn trao i cc bn tin iu khin tin cy v an ton n mng SS7 qua SG (SG c th s dng giao thc SCTP). Chng ta nh li rng trong mng PSTN, iu khin cuc gi v bo hiu thuc v mng SS7, v cc bn tin c s dng l ISUP v TCAP. C IETF v nhm nghin cu s 9 ca ITU-T ang xem xt vic chp thun nhng m rng ca MGCP (MGCPv2). MGCP cng l tin pht trin khuyn ngh H.248 ca ITU-T v Megaco ca IETF.Vi nhng dch v VoIP da trn thit b chuyn mch, vic lin kt vi nhng tng i, mng v thit b u cui PSTN c l iu cn thit. Trong trng hp ny, cc giao thc bo hiu v iu khin cuc gi H.225 v H.245 trong b giao thc H.323 hot ng rt tt. Giao thc H.248/Megaco ha hn c th kt hp H.323 v SIP khi SIP/H.323 c s dng cho truyn thng gia cc u cui hay gia u cui v Gateway.Vi nhng dch v VoIP c cung cp bi my ch, mng s bao gm my ch v cc b nh tuyn. Trong trng hp ny, SIP v nhiu phin bn ca n l rt ph hp. H.320 nh ngha u cui v h thng thoi video bng hp. H.321 nh ngha u cui thoi video qua mng ATM. H.322 nh ngha u cui thoi video qua mng LAN c m bo QoS. H.323 nh ngha h thng truyn thng a phng tin da trn gi qua mng khng m bo QoS. H.324 nh ngha truyn thng a phng tin tc bit thp s dng u cui PSTN. H.325 nh ngha c ch bo mt v m ha cho php m bo tnh c nhn v thm quyn ca thit b u cui a phng tin dng H. Chun H.323 cung cp nn tng cho vic truyn thng thoi, video v d liu qua cc mng da trn IP khng m bo cht lng dch v, bao gm c Internet. H.323 cung cp nhiu loi hnh dch v nh: ch c audio (IP telephony), audio v video (video telephony), audio v d liu hay tch hp c audio, video v d liu. N h tr truyn thng a im v c th dng trong nhiu lnh vc vi cc c cu mng khc nhau. Cc thnh phn mng hot ng vi giao thc H.323 l thit b cng GW (Gateway), b iu khin cuc gi GK (Gatekeeper), khi iu khin a im MCU (Multipoint Control Unit) v thit b u cui TE (Terminal Equipment). Cc phn t ny c kt ni thnh vng nh ch ra trn hnh 3.1, s dng mi trng mng cc b LAN.

Hnh 3.1 Vng mng H.323 v cc phn tH thng H.323 bao gm cc chun v giao thc nh H.225, H.245, RTP/RTCP v cc b m ho/gii m thoi, video, d liu. Chc nng ca H.225 l iu khin cuc gi. H.225 nh ngha giao thc Q.931 v RAS. Q.931 qun l v iu khin vic thit lp/kt thc cuc gi c bn, cn RAS (Registration, Admission, and Status) qun l vic ng k, chp nhn v trng thi, dng truyn bn tin t GW hoc thit b u cui n GK. Bn tin RAS c truyn trong gi tin UDP, gi tin ny cha s bn tin gi yu cu/tr li (xc nhn hoc t chi) trao i gia TE/GW v GK. TE c th s dng RAS tm GK hoc ng k/hy ng k vi GK. GK s dng RAS iu khin im cui trong vng v qun l ti nguyn.Chc nng ca H.245 l tho lun v vic s dng knh v kh nng ca cc bn tham gia phin truyn thng. H.245 nh ngha cc giao thc iu khin cuc gi hi ngh v truyn thng trong bng trao i v tha thun tham s cuc gi. Nhng tham s ny gm ch hin th, knh, tc bit, s tch hp d liu, thi gian tr, Chng cung cp mt tp cc chc nng iu khin cho hi ngh truyn thng nhiu bn tham gia v c th quyt nh quan h ch/t gia cc bn tham gia m/ng knh logic gia cc im cui. RTP (Real-Time Transfer Protocol) l giao thc vn chuyn thi gian thc, cung cp cc chc nng vn chuyn ph hp cho cc ng dng truyn d liu thi gian thc nh audio, video, hay d liu m phng qua cc dch v mng n hng (unicast) hoc a hng (multicast). N c b sung vo d liu UDP trong H.323.RTCP (Real-Time Transfer Control Protocol) l giao thc iu khin vic vn chuyn thi gian thc, n cho php gim st lung lu lng phn tn trong mng v thc hin cc chc nng iu khin lung, nhn dng lung cho cc lu lng thi gian thc.H.323 cung cp nhiu loi hnh dch v t thoi n video v d liu, thng tin a phng tin. Cc b m ho/gii m thoi (audio) l G.711, G.722, G.723.1, G.728, G.729; cho video l H.261 v H.263; cho d liu l T.12x. Cc dng thng tin d liu c truyn trn giao thc RTP/RTCP. RTP mang thng tin thoi thi gian thc, cn RTCP mang thng tin iu khin v trng thi. Thng tin bo hiu (ngoi tr RAS) c truyn tin cy trn giao thc TCP. Hnh 3.2 minh ho cc giao thc H.323 khi so snh vi m hnh OSI.

Sau y trnh by chc nng v nhng c im quan trng nht ca cc phn t ny. Thit b u cui H.323 Thit b u cui H.323 l cc im cui pha khch hng, cung cp giao din trc tip gia ngi dng v mng. Mng VoIP s cung cp cc kh nng truyn thng thi gian thc hai chiu gia mt u cui vi u cui khc, Gateway hay MCU trao i cc tn hiu iu khin, m thanh, hnh nh ng hay d liu gia hai thit b.Hnh 3.3 m t cc khi chc nng ca mt u cui H.323 trong trng hp tng qut, bao gm giao din thit b ngi dng, cc b m ho audio v video, lp H.225.0, khi iu khin h thng v giao din vi mng gi. Nh vy n phi h tr: Giao thc bo hiu cuc gi H.225; Giao thc bo hiu knh iu khin H.245; Cc giao thc RTP/RTCP cho cc gi phng tin.Cc b m ho/gii m thoi l phn t bt buc trong thit b u cui H.323. Cc chun m ho thng gp l G.711, G.728 v G.723.1. Cc b m ho/gii m video l khng bt buc trong thit b u cui H.323. Chng c chc nng m ho tn hiu video t ngun truyn i v gii m tn hiu video nhn c a ti thit b hin th. Cc chun m ho video thng dng l H.261 v H.263. Gateway H.323Gateway H.323 cho php kt ni mng VoIP vi cc mng khc. N l im cui trong mng thc hin cc chc nng chuyn i bo hiu v d liu, cho php cc mng hot ng trn giao thc khc nhau c th phi hp vi nhau. N cung cp kh nng truyn thng thi gian thc v song hng gia cc u cui H.323 trong mng gi vi cc u cui trong mng khc hay vi cc Gateway khc. Trong khuyn ngh H.323, Gateway l mt phn t tu chn v c s dng nh l mt cu ni gia u cui H.323 vi cc u cui H.310 (B-ISDN), H.320 (ISDN), H.321 (ATM) v H.324M (Mobile).Chc nng chnh ca Gateway l phin dch gia cc thc th trong mng chuyn gi (v d IP) vi mng chuyn mch knh (v d PSTN). Cc Gateway c th phin dch khun dng truyn dn, cc tin trnh truyn thng, cc b m ho/gii m hoc m bo tng thch gia u cui H.323 v cc u cui khng theo chun ny. Ngoi ra, n cn tham gia vo vic thit lp v hu b cuc gi. Gatekeeper H.323Gatekeeper l mt thc th tu chn trong mng H.323 cung cp cc chc nng bin dch a ch v iu khin truy nhp mng cho cc thit b u cui H.323, Gateway v MCU. Ngoi ra, Gatekeeper cng c th cung cp cc dch v khc cho cc phn t mng trn nh qun l bng thng hay nh v cc Gateway. Mng H.323 c th c cu trc phn cp, khi cc Gatekeeper cng c phn cp tng ng theo, v d nh s c Gatekeeper quc gia, khu vc hay cc b (hnh 3.4). V mt logic, Gatekeeper l mt thit b c lp nhng trong thc t n thng c tch hp vi cc phn t mng khc trong cng mt thit b vt l. Mi Gatekeeper qun l mt vng mng. Nu trong mng c mt Gatekeeper th cc im cui phi ng k v s dng cc dch v do n cung cp. Mt vng mng H.323 c hiu nh mt tp hp cc nt u cui, Gateway hay MCU, c ng k vi mt Gatekeeper v c qun l bi Gatekeeper ny.

MC cng c th sa li tp cc kh nng gi ti cc thit b u cui khi chng tham gia hay ra khi hi ngh hay v mt l do no khc.MP l phn t tu chn, nhn cc dng audio, video v d liu t cc im cui trong mt hi ngh a im. N s x l tp trung cc lung phng tin ny v tr li chng cho cc im cui. N c th thc hin cc chc nng nh trn, chuyn mch hay cc x l khc di s iu khin ca MC. MP c th x l mt lung phng tin n l hay nhiu lung phng tin ph thuc vo kiu ca hi ngh c h tr.Thit lp kt ni trong H.323H thng H.323 c th kt ni vi cc mng khc nh PSTN, ISDN, mng di ng hay cc mng doanh nghip cung cp dch v thoi lin mng. Thit b ca ng kt ni cc mng khc nhau ny chnh l cc Gateway (hnh 3.5). Kh nng kt ni ny lm cho H.323 tr thnh mt gii php ph bin cung cp dch v VoIP ng di hay quc t vi gi r.

SIP s dng mt s kiu bn tin v trng mo u ging HTTP, xc nh thng tin theo mo u c th ging nh giao thc s dng trn Web.SDP bao gm cc thng tin v lung phng tin, thuc tnh kh nng ca bn nhn, a ch ch cho unicast hoc multicast, cng UDP, kiu ti tin, ... Kh nng ca bn nhn c th gm danh sch cc b m m ngi gi s dng trong sut phin. Nhng thuc tnh ny c th thng lng li t ng trong sut phin gim xc sut tc nghn. Nhng c im ca SDP gn ging vi nhng c im ca giao thc H.245.SAP c dng vi SDP thng bo cc m t phin ti ngi dng (qua gi tin UDP).SIP h tr vic nh a ch mt cch linh hot. a ch u b gi c th l a ch email, URL, hoc s in thoi E.164 ca ITU-T. Vic thit lp phin truyn thng c thc hin n gin v SIP cung cp dch v nh v, qun l ngi gi, thit lp cuc gi nhng khng dnh sn ti nguyn cho knh truyn thng tin. Nhng c im ny ca SIP ging vi H.225. CPL c kh nng to quyt nh da trn thuc tnh cuc gi v to dch v ngi dng qua GUI. CPL nhanh, n gin v tnh m rng.SIP-CGI tng t nh HTTP CGI, l giao din to cc dch v SIP s dng ngn ng lp trnh. H THNG VoIP S DNG BO HIU LAI GHPS dng MGCP v H.248/Megaco Ngoi H.323 v SIP, cc giao thc iu khin bo hiu khc h tr cho VoIP phi k n l MGCP (RFC 2805) v H.248/Megaco (RFC 3015). Microsoft cng nhanh chng h tr SIP trong h iu hnh Windows XP ca mnh.SIP l giao thc c la chn v n khuyn khch s i mi ti im cui hay thit b cui. N i theo m hnh ca Internet trong vic to cc dch v mi cng nh phn phi v qun l chng. Chiu hng trong nhiu doanh nghip v gia cc nh cung cp l SIP ha H.323 hn l H.323 ha SIP. Thm ch nu H.323 hon ton b SIP ha, SIP vn s l ngi chin thng v n n gin v ging vi kin trc, giao thc ca Internet: im cui l cc thit b thng minh (nh PC), v mng l s kt hp ca cc b nh tuyn v my ch (ch khng phi tng i hay mainframe).
