제품 소개 | INTRODUCTION OF PRODUCT

HST는 유압펌프와 모터를 일체형으로 구성한 유압식 동력전달 장치입

니다. 펌프는 사판각도를 조작하여 용적을 변화시킬 수 있는 가변용적형

사판식 피스톤 펌프이며, 모터는 고정용적형 사판식 피스톤형을 채택하

고 있습니다. 피스톤 펌프의 사판각도 변화에 의해서 모터회전을 정지에

서 최대회전수까지 변화시킬 수 있으며 정회전, 역회전이 가능합니다.

HST장치를 구성할 시 간단한 레버조작으로 전진, 후진, 정지가 가능하며

레버 조작범위에 비례한 속도를 얻을 수 있으므로, 농기계, 건설기계 등

의 주행장치에 간편하게 사용할 수 있도록 제작되어 있습니다.

HST is a hydraulic power transfer unit composed of hydraulic pump and motor in a single body. Pump displacement is varied with the swash place degree. The pump is equipped with a varying displacement swash plate type piston and the motor is designed as a fixed displacement type. Motor rotation either for clockwise or counterclockwise direction can be changeable from stop to maximum number of rpm according to the change of swash place degree of pump.

With HST, forward, reverse and stop modes are performed using simple lever control, velocity proportional to lever handling range makes easy use of transporting system for agricultural and construction machines.

JMF Series is an axial piston motor may be used for the running, turning, and winching of industrial machinery, industrial vehicles, and agricultural machinery. JMF Series is a fixed displacement swash type piston motor combines with a light, small, and a highly durable motor. JMF Series is designed with a simple structure to keep the outstanding durability against rapid acceleration/deceleration, torque changes by frequent rotation/reverse rotation, and pressure variation.

JMF Series는 건설기계, 산업차량, 농업기계 등의 주행, 선회, 윈치용으로 사용이 가능한 사판

식 피스톤 모터입니다. JMF Series는 경량, 소형 고내구성을 겸비한 고정용적형 사판식 피스톤

모터입니다. 급격한 가감속, 빈번한 정/역회전에 의한 토크 변동, 압력변화 등에 대하여 우수한

내구성을 유지할 수 있도록 간단한 구조로 제작하였습니다.

JPF Series 고정용량형 피스톤 펌프는 고압에 적합한 구조로서 고신

뢰성을 유지하며 특장차, 산업기계, 선박기계 등의 메인 펌프로 사용

할 수 있도록 설계되어 있습니다.

JMV Series는 특장차량, 선박용 등의 윈치용으로 사용이 가능한 사판식

피스톤 모터입니다. 저속/고속으로 속도 전환이 가능한 구조로 되어 있으

며, 모터 각 부분의 시스템을 최적화한 고압, 고성능 모터입니다.

Highly reliable in a structure suitable for high pressure, the fixed capacity-type piston pump of the JPF series is designed to be used as a main pump for special equipment vehicles and industrial and ship machinery.

JMV Series is a swash piston pump available on the winch for Special Equipment Vehicles (SEV) and ships. It consists of the structure which enables speed conversion, and it is high pressure and performance motor that the system on each part of motor is optimized.
