CyberTopIQ B.V. - MDAC - Secure & Dynamic Cyber Chain Collaboration
Goal: Collaboration in cyberspace
Collaboration and exchange of information in cyberspace have a huge potential. Mutual
trust between collaborating parties and confidentiality of information are prerequisites for
success. Violation of trust and breaches of confidentiality harms the collaboration from within
and can lead to uncontrollable costs and damage a good reputation.
Challenge: Trust in collaboration
The security principles need-to-know and need-to-share are seemingly incompatible. It is
indeed a challenge to ensure trust and confidentiality in the while collaborating in
cyberspace. As of today, there is no solution on the market that effectively faces this
challenge
Solution: MDAC System
The MDAC System for Secure Cyber Collaboration creates a bridge between the
principles need-to- know and need-to-share and thus solves this sheer unsolvable
problem.
Fields of application
1. Network Centric Business
Collaboration between (chains of) organizations in cyberspace is becoming increasingly
important. Secure information sharing, between the right parties, at the right time enables
effective collaboration.
2. Big Data Analytics
Big Data Analytics is a hype. Controlled exchange and analysis of Big Data, in order to
protect the privacy of citizens, is indispensable and a challenge. The right information is to be
analyzed at the right time. The results are to be dosed proportionally.
3. Internet of Things (IoT)
Through the use of the Internet, huge logistic advantages can be gained. Controlled
exchange and analysis of data are a critical success factor.
Practical examples
1. Network Centric Business: Keeping electronic files en mutual consultation of these files in
the context of for example criminal law, health care and intelligence services.
2. Big Data Analytics: Prevention, detection and sanctioning of fraud, for example in the
financial sector and in construction.
3. Internet of Things: Remote attending, caring, guiding, guarding and / or treating the
chronically ill and detainees.
Who, where and when
The MDAC System will be developed by a consortium in which science and business
collaborate, under the guidance of CyberTopIQ B.V. We intend to launch a first version of the
MDAC System on the market within two years.
