Brief Introduction -Bucket elevator is used for the vertical transport of bulk material material ranging from light and fine to heavy and coarse. It is constructed using buckets attached to a belt or chain. With robust and solid construction, it is available to be used internally or externally of buildings.

We mainly provide the following bucket elevators: TDG(belt type) and THG(chain type) bucket elevators in cement, chemical, coal, fertilizer, mining, steel industries, etc.

Operating Principles While powered on, the driving device (made by customer's requests) drives head pulley to make the bucket belt do the circular motion from bottom to

the top to the specified height to reach conveying vertically.

Classification of Buckets

Shallow bucket(Zh type): suitable for powdery and granular materials which is slightly wet, apt to lump and has bad flowing, such as sand, slack coal, fertilizer, industrial chemicals, etc.

Deep bucket(Sh type): suitable for powdery, granular, lump materials in dry, loose and good flowing condition, such as cement, coal briquette, grain, plastic granules, etc.

Ordinary belt: below 80°C; Heat-resistant belt: below 120°C

Bucket elevator head

Because the material temperature is high, so add one chain between reducer and driving pulley of bucket elevator, the chain could reduce the speed, but it is mainly Reduced by the reducer(Gearbox) , the main function of chain(or belt) is for connection. Without the chain, the Reducer could connect the driving pulley directly.
