laminates, subject to hydrostatic pressure only, shall be as follows:
(1) 0.22 in for inside diameters < 72 in.
(2) 0.29 in for inside diameters >72 in. to < 96 in.
(3) 0.37 in for inside diameters >96 in. to < 144 in.
