    Erasmus+ is a unique programme which seeks to boost

    Learner mobility

    Students in higher education

    Study periods:Students can spend from 3 to 12 months s

    at a university or college in another country.

    Traineeships: Alternatively, you can do a traineeshworkplace abroad lasting from 2 to 12 months.

    The study or traineeship can be in any field or a

    discipline at Bachelor, Master or Doctoral level. It is also

    to combine a traineeship with a study period abroad.

    Recent higher education graduates can also do a tra

    abroad within one year of graduation. But plan ahead! Y

    Erasmus+ also supports some European students to stu

    Mobility in vocational education atraining (VET)

    Mobility abroad can help young people in vocationatraining to gain the skills needed for todays competit

    market.

    Upper secondary students in vocational training sc

    and apprentices may complete a traineeship or apprenhosted in a company, a workplace (e.g. NGO, public

    vocational school, with a period of work-based learnin

    Youth mobility

    Youth Exchanges help young people acquire imp

    skills such as project management and teamworkopportunities outside the school environment enable

    of young people to undertake a structured program

    activities (e.g. a mix of workshops, exercises, debates a

    plays) in another country within or outside the EU for u

    days.

    The European Voluntary Serviceoffers an ideal oppo

    for young people to develop skills by contributing to th

    work of organisations in areas such as social care, enviro

    non-formal education programmes, ICT, culture andothers. Its also a chance for them to grow in self-confi

    feel more actively engaged as citizens and experience a

    way of life. A volunteering activity can last up to one ye
